Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, North Canton OH

So first of all you get what you pay for. Their paint is certainly more expensive (and better) than paint at the home depot. On top of that, they have much better/attentive customer service. I had an exterior shutter paint matched and it was too dark, brought the gallon back in and they spent a good amount of time working with it to get the color right and didn’t seem annoyed or like they didn’t have the time to help me. This is how you get repeat customers.

John provided immediate service and was respectful and professional. In less then 5 minutes my paint was mixed and handed to me.

The lady was knowledgeable, and helped reassure us about the paint we purchased. We went straight home, and finished the garage in 2 days! Extremely happy

Courtney helped me with a first time furniture refinishing project. She was kind, patient and extremely knowledgable. I appreciated her help in directing me to the right products and tools I needed to successfully complete my project.

Called on phone. Kendra a little short with me. Said she was busy, and had customers waiting, and orders to fill. So I hung up. My business is closed. I can’t make any money.

The Sherwin-Williams on Applegrove is okay the customer service there is so so as the manager Kendra is a rather standoffish person I guess it just depends on what day and mood to catch her in. I recommend taking the time to drive the extra few miles to go to the mellett Sherwin-Williams as Jim and Mike are excellent at customer service and very knowledgeable in every aspect of one's painting needs.

Everyone that works at this store that I've had contact with (North Canton, OH, Applegrove is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have purchased close to 2 dozen gallons or more of paint/stain in the last year or so. I am very happy with Sherwin Williams paint, the best paint I've ever used, you get what you pay for. The manager and assistant manager were very helpful when I had an issue with some of my paint and took care of all of my concerns. One time when we were there, we were having an issue trying to pick a paint color. There was a regional representative for Sherwin Williams and she helped us pick out the perfect paint color.:)

I was very surprised at how expensive the paint is. I bought 1 gal and 2 quarts of paint to use in my home (these are the same paint originally used by the builder 15 years ago). It cost me over $100 (for 1.5 gal of paint). I recently painted all the rooms in my home with a primer/color premium paint from Behr (bought from Home Depot) and spent under $170 for 7 gals of paint. My feeling is your paint is too expensive.

This is an okay store, but we go because of the location. Great product. Crazy high price though.
