Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Gahanna OH

We had bought two cans of paint from another SW store that didnt match our deck. Jeanne got it taken care of, got us the right paint and saved us a ton of money in the pricess. Super service, super professionalism.

Sherwin-Williams never disappoints. The sales team is always professional and helpful. The pricing is also competitive and the sales team always alerts me about the online/in store coupons. I HIGHLY recommend Sherwin-Williams!

Today we stopped in to buy a couple of roller covers. And they happened to have the ones we loved, the sheepskin. The price said $13.29 so we grabbed two. Awesome right. No not awesome because whoever stocked them (store associate) put them in the wrong place and they refused to give me the roller covers at the $13.29 price. Why do I have to pay double for your mistake. Absolutely unprofessional!

Generally the employees here are great, but tonight I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing time (I just needed some aerosol ceiling paint, nothing that would have taken more than a minute) and found the door locked. The brunette behind the counter waved, but wouldn't let me in. No biggie, I'll go to Benjamin Moore.

John the manager is always helpful and the staff are always ready to assist any of your painting needs! Highly recommended! Miss Jenna being there she helped me open the account there and I only go to this store because of her!

Staff was friendly but basically did everything he could to NOT sell us paint. Said they were about out of paint and we would need to come back in 5 days. Said they didn’t have samples and when we asked about a pint he said you don’t want to do that it’ll be around 30 dollars. Told us to go to Home Depot. You know it’s bad when a paint store can’t sell the one product they are in business to sell.

Quick Service. I was in and out and got what I wanted in minutes. Staff greeted me as I walked in and got to work on my purchase.

Very helpful. Prices let me know they are VERY proud of their paint. Hopefully it lays down really good.

The associate was knowledgeable and explained which paint I needed for my outdoor project, to guarantee the paint would adhere and last longer than the paint I had previously used from Lowe's. Sherwin Williams paint may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. I try to purchase when they have their 30% off sale.

Would have been 5 stars, but they did not get one of the cans sealed properly after mixing and lost some of the paint in the box they provided.
