I left store because they didn't have enough help working and the person working was inexperienced. Should have had someone there to help him. Poor management.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday. The sales associate explained the qualities of the different paints and sheens the store
carries. She assisted me in picking out the type of paint I was in
need of as well as the color.

There was no suggestive selling. I purchased wallpaper last summer and installing it now. When I was an assistant manager at a wallpaper store 30yrs.ago, every employee new how to wallpaper and suggested supplies to every customer. SW has very little in the way of tools and supplies for wallpapering.

I visited the store on Jackman Road on Sunday 2/2/20 and the female salesperson (only employee there at the time) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for future paint needs.

I called the Jackman rd store to speak with the assistant manager and when someone picked up the phone said may I ask who’s calling so I told them and then she put me on hold for 12 min with no one picking up. Looks like I have to go in and speak with the person I need to talk to and hopefully get my money back. It was rude and unnecessary if I could give 0 stars I would. That is just poor customer service

I love Sherwin-Williams paints and I love this store, they keep all of my paint charts on file and are always so helpful. I am the touch up Queen and they always help me find just the right paint that I can use so I don't have to repaint an entire room. You can't beat the product and you can't beat the service.
