Sherwin-Williams Paint Store reviews
10Staff always friendly and helpful and you can't beat Sherwin Williams when it comes to paint and paint products in value quality or selection thanks to all Sherwin Williams staff especially here in Norwood your team goes above and beyond
Located in the Central Station strip mall, this location is clean, manageable and with friendly and knowledgeable help. In addition to paint and supplies, also has wallpaper books to order from. When you can't face the big box stores try this one.
Sherwin-Williams has a great selection of the highest quality paints that I have had the pleasure of using. They also sell exceptional painting equipment. Yes, they are more expensive than commercial home improvement stores, but it is money well spent.
Absolutely a great team of a guys in Norwood at the Sherwin-Williams store always more than helpful willing to bend over backwards to do anything they can and go the extra mile amazing group of people that you put together and makes it pleasure to work with them on all my paint projects
Good place great selection of wallpaper they made an error they did fix it but it was a bit of an inconvenience so that's why they get a 4 instead of a 5 but I recommend you visit this paint store
I appreciate your commitment to address the issue and would be happy to update my review to reflect this. Additionally, Casey was very helpful when I stopped by this evening.
Good service in the past but this time I spent over 10 minutes standing at the counter with not one sales associate even acknowledging me.
Needed deck paint and brought in some chips. Employee found my chips were too small, but he made it work. Matched my color perfectly, got me just the right roller, and told me the best sandpaper to use. In and out quickly. Great experience.
I was particularly disappointed.
Had to ask for help with paint to my vehicle.it's automatic at many stores.
I had moved a chair to rest my legs and manager said"would you put the chair back"
Customer service is delivered many ways.
Courtesy is one way.
I've shopped Sherwin Williams 40 years.
My dad and grandfather shopped there also.
It's a very competitive market to win a paint job.
I open doors, be polite and would never tell a client to put there chair back at my home office.
I'm going to the Kenwood or Queensgate stores next time.
Repeatedly I am impressed with the customer service provided by this location. I have utilized them during our turn process and called them for referrals. They are always helpful and have gone out of their way to assist us. Running a building for 500 students isn't easy, but it helps when you have great vendors.
