As Always this is more than a meal. It's an experience. One we will remember. Staff servers cooks owners awesome as usual.

We had my son's 13th birthday party tonight. Amanda, our server was amazing. The food was wonderful. The entire experience was terrific. My family was very happy and I highly recommend this place

Fantastic meal, service and experience! Both food and drinks were fabulous. Absolutely the best hibachi place our family has ever had. Can't go wrong.

Great environment and great food! The sweet potato sushi was delicious and the teriyaki sauce was very sweet. Definitely want to come back to try more!

Need to come back here soon now that I moved back up here. This is my favorite sushi place by far for about 8 years now.

Best hibachi restaurant I been to, we drive 45 minutes every time we come here. Staff is awesome and food is awesome as well. Would without a doubt recommend.

They said there was a 5-10 minute wait and that they’d text us when ready.we waited for almost an hour then left bc we didn’t want to wait longer

Food and serving was a Mediocre experience, waitress served my friend and I watered down drinks, took a long time to serve us, didn’t allow us to sit at the table when our table was ready until people we didn’t know showed up. We ordered more drinks allow to wait a half a hour to have them served to us then water down again. Didn’t know the ingredients to some of the app items. It was hilarious when I asked he to stay by us to pay for the food because I knew she wasn’t going to come back right then she gave me a yellow gel pen to write my signature on the receipt saying, “well you don’t have to sign it if you don’t want to use it”. I’ve had better experiences at other hibachi restaurants.

We have been going to Shinto for years. The food is always hot and delicious, sushi is the absolute best! We always eat at the bar and things have been kinda “OFF” for a couple of months now. Bartenders just don’t seem like they are happy to see you or wait on you. Understandably we realized the staffing issues everyone is having but its just hasn’t been an enjoyable dining experience lately. Happy 17th Anniversary Shinto. We will keep faith things get better soon.

Pricier than other similar restaurants, but higher quality and great weekly deals to keep an eye out for. Never had problems with staff had always been a good experience.

Place is really going down hill.service is always bad. Food is hit or miss. And yo top if off the bathrooms were a complete disaster.

Love the cook. He was very entertaining and pleasant! Chicken was a bit under done, they tried to cancel our reservations 10 minutes before we arrived and said we were late (via text message) and there was literally 10 people in the restaurant. And we were 15min Early for our reservation. Not organized. Felt rushed and irritated

8/30/21 The food was okay. The sushi was a little on the priceier side and I'm not sure it's worth the price. Our server was not very attentive and the silverware and sauce dishes were dirty. I most likely won't come here again. I was not impressed and this place is a little far for me since I live on the east side.

Sushi is always delicious and made well. Got a steak dinner also and it was prepared med.rare and cooked very well. Great yum yum sauce which was surprising because apparently not all yum yum is equal. Sake also reasonably priced.

I thought this restaurant was very good the food was amazing and the chefs were great at cooking but I thought that the food was kind of too expensive for me but the food is delicious and the ice cream was good also and that's why I give this place 4 stars. I definitely recommend this
