Walt (the owner, I believe) whined like a 10 year old on the phone after I refused his offer to pay even more money to have the tshirt reprinted after they messed up.

I called numerous times before ordering and went back and forth over email to be sure the file I sent of the design was what they needed. I was assured it was good. Came to pick up the shirt the first time, no one had a clue who I was or what I even ordered. They said sorry and it will be ready tomorrow.

I go back the next day and yep, all of the white text on the shirt is missing. Not to mention the parts that were printed looked like they were printed in 1950 and have been through the wash everyday since. Their solution was for me to pay another $30 to have it reprinted. I refused and said I don’t think this is my problem to fix. After about a 20 minute phone conversation with Walt he said “FINE I’ll reprint it okaaaaaay? ! ” If you have a preteen and have ever asked them to do their chores…you know the tone.you would have thought I asked this guy to hand over his first born child. He never reached out again or asked me to resend the file which is kind of annoying because I know that shirt would have come in handy the next time I paint or i could have even turned it into a rag or something useful.

I love this store. The owner is wonderful. She provided excellent service. I needed an order quickly and she worked with me to get it done. I highly recommend them whenever you need custom shirts.

My daughter and five frends wanted matching shirts for a charity volleyball Tournament. Of course it was at the last minute! Not only did the shirts have to be made they need to be designed. In a couple days I was able to pick up the shirts and the girls just love them. Thank you shirt wizard. I will definitely use you again!

Don't believe their delivery dates for they are bushwhack. At time of order, said they could hit the date needed, that didn't happen. Then they said it would be the following week, that didn't happen. Was not till the week after that, I received notification for pick up.

Amazing. Was quick and fast in less than an hour making 10 tshirts for lil boy Desmond that passed in a house fire. Thank you for making it happen for the services that day.

Great service and fast turn around time. Easy to communicate my needs and they delivered exactly what I wanted. I'm a sole proprietor business, I ordered 25 screen printed t-shirts, 2 embroidered polo shirts, 3 embroidered flat rim hats and 1 embroidered military hat. I like the quality of these and the pricing is decent. I will use them again for future orderd.

Owner made me wait a week for a shirt I picked off the rack and requested a minimal amt.of iron on appliqués. I got there and he made it in 60 seconds right in front of me. Why the week wait?
