Shoe Care reviews
6Great people that always provide excellent service. Mychal and Leah are professionals!
We needed my wife's shoes fixed for the weekend, and they were able to make it happen within 4 days of dropping them off. The staff was friendly, and the text notifications kept us informed throughout the process. A job well done for a reasonable price!
Had a pair of crocodile boots resolved and came back like new. He's semi retired and is supposed to be training some employees of the cleaning store how to do shoe repair. I only hope they can do what he does.
I brought boots in. I asked which type of replacement soles would last longest. I was told leather. I was very impressed with the customer service and the entire operation. It was clean and organized. I even told people that live in the area how nice it was because they not only have a shoe repair, they also do dry cleaning. I picked up my boots about 8 days later. They put rubber soles on them. Not returning them because I need them. I am livid! I am sharing one word that would help them and it is, FOCUS!
After explaining my situation to the company they gave me a full refund. That does go to show they care. Thank you!

Noticed today that they refunded my payment
So they must have read my review. Too bad the shoes are destroyed.
Just got home and got a closer look at the shoe repair done to glue the sole to the upper where it was coming away at the arch. Twenty-two dollars, and they're glued, but it's messy. Whatever clamps they used damaged the upper and scratched away the pattern. Will not be back. Plus, I was told it would be $15 and was charged $22. Was so hoping to be able to wear these again, but now they're worse than when I brought them in.
Had an issue with the repair I needed, and they redid the repair for free. My only complaint was the overall time it took, but this is a good business
