Shoe Carnival reviews
9Found nothing I liked or that fit properly. Staff was of little help. Prices were pretty high.
The employees were not helpful, they sat around talking, when I needed help, got a attitude
Never have my size, I always have to get them delivered. I like to try them on so I don't have to return them. Staff is always so helpful.
I am unable to find shoes in my size. Wondering if there has been a change in policy not to carry men's shoes in wide sizes.
Had exactly what I was looking for. Great selection. Cherlie was great and she even signed me up for the rewards program. Overall, great experience!
Experience was doomed from the start. An employee backed out while we were right behind her, came feet from us, no gesture of courtesy or wave when she DID notice us. Walked in, not greeted by the 2 girls just standing off in space. The store was pretty dead, spent over 30 min there, didn't see an employee for the rest of the time. Got up to checkout, to see 3 girls looking down at the ground not making eye contact. Maybe they had an "off" day? O either way they were absolutely
not friendly today
It's not the store's fault, but they do not have many shoes for a woman with feet larger than an 8 and wide. Spent 2.5 hours there and Rebecca was SUPER helpful, which made the experience much better.
Sells rep help find all black shoe for grand daughter and one she liked and felt good on her feet.
Bought a pair of HEYDUDE shoes and they were the cheapest, junky pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. Started falling apart after the 2nd wear. $85 now in the trash. Shoes are over priced and low quality.
