They employees as soon as we walked in we're screaming about let's just close now at 5pm. They close at 6pm. They locked us in to prevent customers from getting in. Refused to check us out before they said they closed at 5: 15pm. The staff was extremely rude.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Tried to close the store an hour early as far as closing the gates so people can't get in and out. Then said they close at 5pm when it was already after 5pm when I got there. We asked why they lied about closing time and then refused to check us out and screamed at us and across the store. Closing gates with people in there is a fire safety Hazzard. Debbie the manager was the rudest of them all. Never go.
Went to this store & this is what the guy was doing. I didn’t get a hello! Welcome in! No NOTHING! In fact! He spoke to nobody. People are so into their phones, giving great customer service is DEAD! I bet I won’t go BACK! Someone needs to train these ppl about customer service. SMH
A few days ago I was at the Tutlle Crossing store and the old woman who works there likes to look at people very badly. She thinks we are stealing that old woman, they should throw her out and she is very foul-mouthed. I have gone several times and she looks at all the people very, very ugly. I don't care if she owns the place. Treat people well because with the purchase we make we pay your salary.close that store.
