Never have anything bad to say about shoreland animal hospital. Being a former employee I know the care and compassion not only the doctors have but down to every single staff members. They have always been there weither it's for a puppy's first shots or the way they went out of their way to help put my pup asleep the way I wanted it handled. They truly take care of your pets as if they were their own. Dr. Sara is who I normally see and she is amazing with all my dogs. All the other doctors are great as well. Dr. Brown is a fantastic doctor and should have been a plastic surgeon in my opinion cause my eldest dog when he was alive needed a surgery and as soon as the stitches were out there was no visible scar. I couldn't be happier with shoreland animal hospital.

Absolutely everyone at Shoreland was amazing in the care of our dog Zoe. She had a ligament repair surgery, and we were very happy with every aspect of our care! Highly recommend!

Would give negative stars if I could. Took my cat here to get her shots, first I had to put a $50 deposit down to schedule which was weird but I did it. When I got in there the vet (dark haired tall women) gave my cat her shots but informed me she would have to come back in two weeks for the second one, she charged me full price but said the visit would only take 5 minutes and ASSURED me that I wouldn’t have to pay for the next visit for the remaining shot. I had my boyfriend take her to get the follow up shot and told him it was all paid for, but they charged him $90! I called to explain and they basically said that the tech that gave her the shot needs paid and that I would have to pay and they wouldn’t reimburse me. Even though I told her the actual VET told me it was paid for and I have the receipt. Also, at the first visit the vet told me my cat had an abscess in her tooth/gums and would need the tooth pulled so I asked for a quote; they gave it to me and it was almost $800 to pull one tooth! I went to another vet because I was over it at this point. They charged me $180 to pull it and didn’t even have to pull it. They gave her a cleaning and said there was no abscess. Just inflamed because she needed cleaned. So they didn’t even charge me the full price. ALSO my boyfriend said that when he was there, they gave the guy in front of him the wrong meds for his dog. If it wasn’t for the man CHECKING to make sure it was right, he would have taken home the wrong medication. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. And I told everyone about this. Trying to play people and take their money

We have been taking our fur babies here for 12 plus years and we love it. The doctors, nurses, receptionist, and everyone else are the best. We have never had a bad experience here. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. They explain everything to us and always have a kind and caring hearts. We can't say enough good about them. We love them. Dr. Sara and Dr. Brown and Bonnie and Diane are the best. I drive 30 min each way and they are so worth it

Have been going to Shoreland Animal Hospital for over 40 years. I just recently visited with my dog, Bella, to get vaccine updates and an overall wellness check. Dr. Sara is so compassionate which helps ease Bella's nerves. Bonnie & Diane are always there to help. They truly care about animals. I would highly recommend them.

My dog has suffered with ear infections for years and we have been to multiple vets to help solve the problem with no results. The vet and tech took their time talking to me and trying to determine a game plan of medications and treatment plan

I have been taking my dogs to Shoreland Animal Hospital for 20+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Everyone is so pleasant from the moment you walk in the door. The vets are very knowledgeable, explain everything in words you can understand and show they are very concern about the well-being of your pet. Everyone is very helpful, they show compassion and give you comfort when you need it.

Dr. Brown took his time with examine my dog and explaining all his findings and the test results. He has excellent bedside manner and is very personable.

They take great care of my fur babies. Dr. Sara is great with my cat who is a big boy 18lbs. And a huge baby! Staff is friendly, caring, and very efficient. A great asset to our community.

I was referred to Shoreland by my vet for a needed surgery for my fur baby. I was a little apprehensive because I had not heard of the place prior. We were greeted warmly at the door, the vet tech was calm and caring and the surgeon explained the procedure in great detail. The surgery is scheduled for later this month but I left feeling confident that my boy will be in good hands.

We had to put our dog Charlie down today and they were absolutely amazing! Thank you Jordan for being so kind during this difficult time!
