14I took my granddaughters and it was a pleasant experience. It was clean and the recliners were awesome to use.
We went to see two movies over the holiday season and were happy with the experience. The prices were reasonable and the seats were comfortable.
Watched the movie/play with my adult daughters…we throughly enjoyed every second of it. Stellar performances by entire cast. A must see in my humble opinion. ️️️️️
It's very pricey to go to the theater if you buy from the concession. This Time my husband downsized to a medium popcorn and a fountain drink. I brought my own candy and got a large cup of water free from the bar!
Me and my wife had our first date here back in 2009. Now week take our kids here. Never had a bad experience. Always clean. Quick lines. Bar is nice. Best theater in the area!
This is where I go each week with two of my friends. Love it that the seats recline with cup holders.
Love this theater I have been going to it for over 40 years Thank you showcase cinemas keep up the great work
I love this theatre. Its clean, they have discount Tuesday for movies and popcorn/drinks and the staff is great. The location has various food and drink options.
I had asked for some guidance/instructions from a manager but he just stood there. Did not assist me with how to use the app correctly. In the end he got the job done (didn’t help me with the app figured it out on my own), however could improve on his guest interaction.
This is a typical suburban megaplex that should be pretty standard, but two big points will prevent me from returning:
1) The movie names were not next to the numbered theaters. There were no signs or scrolling marquees indicating what was inside each theater like you'd typically find elsewhere. Moreover, film posters in the hallway were just wherever and didn't match the theatre next to them. That meant I had to duck into individual theaters to find the movie I was seeing (yes, they tell you at the ticket counter which number to go to, but after getting snacks, playing video games and hitting the restroom, it's easy to forget).
2) They would not give me a cup of water. I was all set to purchase snacks at the concession stand, piling up my items on the counter. But when I asked for a cup of water, they told me they could not do that. I was under the impression that places with food had to provide free courtesy cups of ice or water alongside their $6 bottles of Dasani and Aquafina, but the employee just ruefully shook her head and made it clear she didn't agree with the no-water policy. So I left my items on the counter and the theater lost a sale.
I don't know if these issues happen all the time or if I was just there on a bad night (it was pretty empty, even for a weeknight), but they're big deals to me and I'll use other theaters in the area instead of this one.
Clean, friendly staff, it was a good experience overall. Pretty decent value on tickets and snacks
The sound in auditorium 1 is completely messed up. The left surround channels are being used as a main channel, one speaker is blown and rattling. Highly distracting.
Reclining Seats very comfortable. Sadly, rest rooms showing some lack of maintenance. A urinal not working. One cabinet door off hinges. Still, good place for entertainment.
