Very honest and trustworthy. Other companies were going to charge me between 6-8,000 for a new furnance but Shrek fixed 1 part for $600. I will be doing all my heating, water tank issues with Shrek! Thanksguys!

Shrek heating was there when we needed them and gave us a very reasonable price. Our furnace started making noise and they got the part for me and replaced it before I even knew I had an appointment! Fast and easy and did good work. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

They came out in a timely manner, they were polite, explained everything and was very reasonable in price. I will use again.

Furnace went out on Sunday called Shrek Heating & Air Conditioning decided to wait until Monday morning. They were here about 9: 30 diagnosed, and repaired my furnace in a couple of hours.very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs heating or air conditioning work.

Extremely dissatisfied. Was on a business trip out of town so could not take care of the issue myself and could not get ahold of my preferred HVAC contractor fast enough. Decided to call Shrek. The service tech was able to come over quickly and diagnosed a very trivial issue: burned igniter. Unfortunately the company attempted to grossly overcharge me for the part: $225 in addition to $140 service charge that includes up to an hour labor as explained at the time of booking the appointment. Claimed that the part they had on hands at the time of visit was too short to ignite the flame. "Owner" of the company quickly called back offering the "correct" ingniter for $225 but was unable/unwilling to provide the part manufacture/number or the manufacturer/model of my furnace so I could cross-reference the fitment. When challenged about the price of the part, quickly offered to waive the service charge and get the job done for $225 total. Not too bad of a deal, but I declined it because they had a chance do to it for the fair price from the get go. The owner hung up on me right away. Rude and shady. Will not use ever again. Feel free to ask for a reference to an honest contractor who ended up doing the job honestly, professionally and for fair price just like several other jobs before.

P. S. Found out from the other contractor that the wrong, "short" igniter was still installed after the Shrek tech left. I suppose the owner was so quick to hang up on me when I didn't automatically accept his price that he forgot to tell me all about that. BAD! Endangering my tenant and potentially damaging the property due to a possibility of a delayed ignition. Use at your own risk. Financial and otherwise. I will contest the invoice for the service due to the safety hazard the unprofessional installation of the wrong part created and the attempt to overcharge for the parts.

Amazing service call! Got me running very quickly. Promptly responded to my call for help. Would gladly recommend this company for service anytime for heating and air service!

Shrek heating and air were super responsive and timely to come fix our furnace! We are super grateful for their expertise so we can have a warm house!

Brian came out to evaluate my furnace. He finished the routine maintenance very quickly and gave me honest feedback on the life expectancy of my furnace as well as a more than fair quote for when it’s time to replace it. Will use Shrek again and will always recommend their company.

The serviceman was very knowledgeable and and helpful in explaining things. I have no doubt we will ask Shrek back in the spring to check our air conditioning system.

Needed a hot water tank bad, called Shrek heating and AC set the appointment they new I needed it bad and worked me in a day early, price was great, and were quick, professional, and on time. Will keep on speed dial and refer them to everyone I know.

I was have problems with my furnace and ended up needing a new one. Brian and his team were amazing. Within a few days I had a new furnace installed and it works great! I highly recommend this company!
