Very overpriced apparel and footwear. The guy at the register could care less and has more excuses than customer service skills. I can find most of it online for $25 - $50 less depending on the items. You guys can go rip someone else off, I'll never be back!

Charged extra to hem pants that were not bought from here. But they do stock. One pair had the needle left in it and went into my foot. Luckily wasn’t deep but I wouldn’t recommend alterations from here. Also most sites will offer a first responder discount so if you don’t need something right away you can save money.

I see a lot of unpleasant reviews, but in my experience the man behind the counter was super nice and knowledgeable. Got me in and out in no time and didn’t feel rushed, I forgot a receipt came in the next day and the woman that was working got it for me with no issues. Great store on my way back now

Bought a pair of boots. The left was tight on one foot. I’ve been wearing this brand and style of boot for twenty years. I came back to the store and was told there were no boots in that size. I asked if I could try boots half size up. One boot was good and the other loose. Even visually they looked like different sizes. The owner raised his hands up and said he had no time for this. I asked him if he could order another set of boots in size 9 and 9 1/2. He refused. He did give me my money back back but had no intention of helping me further. They also had no tool to even measure my feet. I seriously have never been treated so badly. Wow!

Absolutely! Very unpleasant experience, the undesirables are here. NASTY, NO CLASS, UNPROFESSIONAL!

If you are going here for Thorogood boots, don't.
Unless you are on the SWAT team, don't go here for boots

Great place friendly and very helpful staff they give you one on one service, been going there for years.

Knowledgeable service. Large selection. Prices are a little higher than online places, but you can try everything on here and they can tailor or sew patches on in the store.
