Si Señor Mexican Restaurant, Cleveland OH

Okay the food was good and so was the service. But the table was very sticky and when we asked our server to clean it he wiped it down it was still sticky. The table cleaner was the culprit

Terrible customer service. Called ahead at 4: 17pm and asked for a table for 5 on the patio 4/6/21 & the gentleman said yes, we arrive and they said they don’t know who they spoke to but they don’t take reserved seating? And the patio is full. So after about 15 minutes of standing inside we decide to get a table inside (while they were seating more people and asked them “inside or outside? And then the customers said outside and they replied “well we don’t have outside seating available “- then why ask? Then we seat ourselves, she waved her arms and said “anywhere over there is fine” we waited another 5 minutes for chips & salsa. I got the seafood fajita which was good, though it was mostly onions & peppers. The margaritas were good atleast.

The food is great and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and quick and my favorite are the delicious and to perfection frozen margaritas especially now that you can take them to go.

Missing my whole meal. When I called they tried saying I didn't order it. I checked my receipt and told them yes I did, then he wanted me to come get it. Why bother delivery when you end up having to go out anyhow because of restaurants mess up. So sick and tired of this issue.

My to go order was missing the chili con queso completely but it was listed on my receipt and I was charged for it. It was item I was most looking forward to and was disappointed to pay for something I didn’t receive. It was also missing the tortillas for the fajitas I ordered.

We ordered 4 meals. We Received none of sides we were entitle to for 3 of the meals. No lettuce tomato. Guacamole or sour cream. Very disappointed. If you’re going to do takeout you need to make sure
You pack everything that supposed to come with the meal. ️

I have yet to ever have a good meal here. The chips and queso are great as well as the margaritas but the food is always less than compared to every other place around. Just gave it a try again after a few years avoiding and it’s still just so unimpressive. I never leave a bad review but I don’t understand how the 4 times I’ve been to my local Mexican restaurant it could be so terrible each time.

I can't say enough great things about the food. Covid guidelines were being met which was amazing and the food was amazing.

Food was delicious, drinks were on point.went to Celebrate one of my faves born day, they sang to her and she had a shot of tequila. Will come again for drinks.

Great atmosphere.great people. Clean.food is good but would do some things better as I got the sampler.my chips were at the bottom which made them soggy.should be served on the side around the plate or separate.being of Mexican ethnic myself something my family would not do is serve soggy chips.flavors are good.portions are big.as to be expected.prices are great especially for all that you get.i would recommend visting this place to my friends and family.i do come often here myself.

Good parking lot. Dynamic team. Food was good but not superb. Service reasonably quick. Not cheap but reasonable. Worth a try.

Food not as advertise, super long wait but fully staffed so not covid related. Some people not following mask guidelines.

This was not our first visit to Si Senor and normally service is quick but today our service was slow. It was almost as if our server forgot we were there.
