Excellent assistance since the first day, great communication and constantly checking the spots, security all the time with the automatic system to get in/out. Full recommended for your storage needs.

The orientation was professionally done. A few minor items with the unit were dealt with immediately. The storage area is clean and well maintained.

This SIBCO storage facility is a world ahead of others for service compared to many that I tried to contract with. Specifically, Bethany Davis provided accurate and excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Other storage facilities had limited availability, some did not even return my call nor were they open when I went to their storage site, and all others were more in the mode of sales than service. The price for the SIBCO storage is competitive and they exceeded expectations. Again, Bethany was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of info when we arrived at the site. She guided us to our specific storage unit, answered all questions, and was extremely professional and courteous. We could not ask for a better experience. I would advocate SIBCO to anyone looking for a storage facility!

The place is great with easy access and friendly people. I cannot wait to move into the bigger unit that is being built now. Thanks for making this an easy process for us.

Sibco staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, when I was in need of a covered storage facility. Not only was the space very clean, the 24 hr.access was a nice feature as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Plus very convenient to the highway.

This place is like new, always clean, large areas to maneuver your moving trucks through, and I feel it's extremely secure. You have your own code to enter the complex and to leave. The hours available to enter are very liberal and there is a posted phone number for any problem you might have at any time the office is not open. The office representative is very nice and very accommodating to help you rent the most beneficial unit for your needs. They have automatic payments set up and I never have to even think about it. I also checked out three other local and very close-by facilities before deciding on Sibco. I have a closed storage unit with it's own double size garage type door.

I have rented a climate controlled unit for a few months now, and everything went so smoothly for setting it up, and with continued ease of access. I needed a short term rental of a unit also, and was very happy to be given a unit just a few doors away in the same building, which made the moving/shuffling of objects much easier. I appreciate the cleanliness and lightening and safe feeling there when I have had to stop by later in the evening.

I really enjoy having my secured unit at Sibco. The unit is well maintained and clean. The management is very helpful if I have any concerns or questions.

Highly recommend! Very secure (two different security gates protected by passcode you must pass through), & very clean. I’ve been storing my boat for the past 6 years and have never had an issue. The building & concrete pads are in excellent condition! No leaks, no rodent issues.

I moved from out of state and was fortunate enough to get an indoor building at this location for my 30ft trailer. It is clean, secure and well priced.

We have stored our travel trailer in Building #8 here at this facility for a couple years now. I feel very confident that our trailer is safe from crime and the elements inside this indoor facility. The electronic gates with passcode are important and once, when a power outage affected the operation of the gates, on-site law enforcement protected the premises. The facility is clean and well-maintained and worth the cost to store your valued possessions. Highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs.

We have a great outdoor spot on a well-drained and open area in the spacious Sibco Ltd storage facilities! Great place to hang out waiting for an side spot. Great staff, security, and location just off of US 35 in Beavercreek Ohio.

Quality buildings and security systems. Michelle and Angie are always pleasant and responsive and great to work with.

I can't say enough of this place! We have been renting space for years. The girls know us by name and always take care of our needs. Highly recommend for your outdoor and indoor storage needs!

Great storage location! I have stored our camper there on an outside lot for the last 4 years and never had an issue. Highly recommend

Great staff and security. They fall short on several fronts. First, the actual outdoor spot marking and size for what you pay. Im parking outside! Why can't the price match what I'm getting. $70 bucks for a 10x45 which sounds huge, until you drive up to the spot and people are parked next to you. You will have less than a yard on each side to move. This area is very limited to rv storage facilities and i have to get what i can get around here. Second, not complaining since they have one, but the military/first responder discount is minimal at best. The last thing that I cannot stand with this place is an additional $5 for 24/7 access. Why? Do you honestly need to make an additional $5? Just make the price $75 and call it a day!

There was initially a mix up with out unit being locked when we tried to move in, but they got it unlocked very quickly and even offered to pay any fees incurred by our rental truck being late from the mix up, in light of this I feel they deserve 5*s because mistakes happen, but it is how they are handled that's most important imo, and they could not have done better, the storage units are nice, gated and security cameras, prices are reasonable.
