Sichuan Chili reviews
21A great hidden gym here in Cincinnati. The food was fantastic. The multiple menus did make it a little overwhelming. But overall it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend anyone going.
Love the food! The lunch meal on weekdays is amazing. There is always so much flavor in each dish.
Good food, large lunch portions, and at a very reasonable price. The cashew chicken and vegetable fried rice were both good.
Best chinese food ever. Peyton seize is a great value. Only problem is ther setting area is small so you usually have a 10 min wait. But more than worth it. Best dishes, spicy pork. And Mongolian beef
One of my favorite authentic Chinese restaurants in Cincinnati. Order off the Chinese menu and not the American menu. Food is spicy and sichuan spice is a numbing kind of spice, so be careful if you don’t like spicy food. Portions are large and I always have leftovers. I like the Spicy Sizzling Lamb and Spicy Boiled Fish Filets. And do some shopping at CAM International Market which is close by.
Hands down the best Chinese food in the Cincinnati area. I order here at least once a week and I can honestly say that I've never not once been disappointed with my order. It's literally my favorite place to go and the staff there are ridiculously nice.
The food is delicious and the portions are large. This is my favorite Chinese food I have found thus far. I continue to return and try new dishes.
If you love spicy food, this is a must in Cincinnati.
Order anything. It will be pretty great.
Eat the Salt and Pepper ribs in the car, don't wait to get home.
Sad when they went to take out and delivery only.
Authentic! I order carry out often from here. Great fried rice and menu selection is vast. Be careful as some items on the traditional Chinese menu can be spicy.
Unlike other restaurants that claim they are “Sichuan, ” this place is legitimately Sichuanese. Honestly did not expect this kind of restaurant to be in Cincinnati. Its a quality you will get in a Chinatown like in NYC of SF.
When I say I had the absolute best food in the city EVER for this type of cuisine, I know you don’t know me— but please believe me. I typically don’t write reviews BUT this made me WANT to leave one! I actually remembered to PRAY over my food and in my prayer I included asking God to bless the hands that prepared this food because it is THAT good. Whoever is in that kitchen, I hope you are blessed with everything you want out of this life because quite honestly you deserve it. Oh as far as my order. I ordered the General Tso chicken, lo mein, vegetable spring rolls, and fried rice.
The waist is very stinky, the boss is not willing to return it, let the kitchen fry it hastily, it is not recommended to order
My first time trying this place through Door Dash. First off, they forgot my order of egg rolls. I also ordered Beef w/ Snow Peas and Shrimp Lo Mein. The flavors on both dishes were standard or mediocre at best for traditional Chinese expectations. Kind of bland to be honest. The overpricing must be in regard to the portion sizes which are good. I feel like you could get the same quality for less at a hole in the wall, strip mall Chinese spot. Not sure I’ll order ever again.
If you do enjoy authentic Sichuan food, this restaurant is a must try. Best I had in Cincinnati area.
This place is a joke they close for a week without letting customers know, open today 1 server 1 person doing take out orders ordered at 12: 10pm food still not ready at 12: 50pm. It's sad this one of the few restaurants around tha that you could calling in and have time to eat on a 30min lunch break. Had to cancel and go back to work with no lunch
This is the spot if you want flavorful, authentic Chinese food - easily the best in Cincinnati (or at least north of downtown)
We always had good food at this place but last night we got a very poor kungpao chicken lots of celery.very small pieces of chicken.
It’s the worst Chinese restaurant ever. The food are not authentic and the manager think you have weird taste. That’s how they running the business.
I adore this place. No matter what I am feeling, they have it. Every dish I have had here has been so dang good! We prefer to dine in, but I see a lot of orders going out the door, so their take out is just as popular.
This place is the real deal. All fans of Chinese food will be happy. If you want Americanized Chinese food, you can get it and it will be delicious. If you want real-deal Chinese food, you can get that also.and it will be even more delicious! Make sure to ask for both menus.
I had the mala hot pot with a level three spiciness. I like hot food but took the server's advice when she told me not to go any higher than that. It was so good, the people across the way speaking some form of Mandarin came over to ask me if it was really as good as the server said it was. Can confirm!
My partner had the home style beef tendon; it was perfectly tender with so many layers of flavor.
Great place.don't sleep on it!
