Although it's a very Grim prognosis for my bubba. The veterinarian doctor was so awesome and explaining everything. Awesome staff. I will be sticking with them through this process and highly recommend

This place couldn’t have been better to me! They provided me with four large bags of free food for my cats. Also they provided me with over 20 free cans of wet food for them as well! The staff was super friendly and the compound was super neat as well! There was a place called kitty city which we walked though which the cats had their own patios! Anyways I recommend people come here and adopt some pets! You won’t be disappointed!

Very helpful!
When you call SICSA you can get someone on the telephone or they will call you back. I fed a stray cat and ended up with her and 5 kittens that I am unable to keep. After months of trying to find a forever home and trying to make contact to get them spayed/neutered free (TNR) without success. I then called SICSA and thankful Zandra called me back and was very helpful and I will be using their TNRM services

SICSA is awesome. I just took Matt Dillon yesterday for surgery. The staff is wonderful. Nice facility. Get your pets spayed, or neutered at SICSA.

I adopted my dog, Clarice, a few years ago. She was completely shut down when we got her due to her rough start in life (8 months old at the time). We were told she was an owner surrender out of a domestic violence situation and I unknowingly adopted her directly into another one. We're both safe now and her personality has absolutely blossomed. She is the most gentle and loving dog I have ever had. She needs Prozac everyday still and will probably always need it but she is so happy and goofy now. We moved from Ohio to Florida and she absolutely loves the beach and warm weather, which was surprising because she's a German Shepherd type dog.

Speaking of her breed, when I adopted her, she was listed as a mix breed. She looked like a German Shepherd that was maybe mixed with a Husky. This entire time, I've just assumed she was a Shepsky. We recently took the Embark test and it turns out that she's 18% Gray Wolf. So I actually adopted a low-content Wolfdog from SICSA, not a Shepsky.

An amazing group of people with big hearts and a mission to bring joy to the lives of both the adoptees and adopters. Support them and help spread the happiness.

I adopted my dog from SICSA last year and she is the best! The process to adopt was very reasonable and their staff were helpful. I recently needed assistance with a stray cat and the staff were communicative and amazing once again. Such a great organization!

I found a wandering toy poodle and brought him to SICSA, in hopes he had a microchip that could be scanned. It took about 10 min to look up the microchip, but they have a great gift shop that you can look around to kill some time. Every employee was very polite and helpful. Thankfully they were open later! I was able to locate the owner and return the dog.

SISCA had a very clean and nice facility.

Also a PSA: Make sure your pet's microchip information is always up to date. Also, Make sure that you do not have a privacy clause on your microchipped pet. The shelter was not able to give me the owners information directly because of the clause. I could have returned the dog much sooner had I known who his humans were

I love what they do, how well they take care of the animals, and their spay/neuter program. Their new building is really cool. I've had 3 pets fixed through them, all good results.

We have used SICSA's clinic a few times for our dog, and they are very caring and attentive. Great service for the community. It gives pet owners a more economical option to take care of the medical needs of their fur babies.

Hard to believe that they charge Over $300 to adopt a Needy Dog! Its ashame they would rather keep these dogs and Euthinise them than have AFFORDABLE adoption rates We ended up at Montgomery County Animal Shelter where we adopted an Adorable dog who is just so thankful to have a home. Thanks to there $20 adoption fee. Hes Neutered, Chipped and Vaccinated just like the ones at SISCA

This is a beautiful facility with a large option of animals to adopt. There are so many enrichment possibilities for the animals. The staff also seemed very nice.

They had free microchipping for pets about a week ago. Was slow but steady process. Volunteers were super friendly and answered our multiple questions.

SICSA has helped me SO much with their spaying and neutering program over the years! I've rescued and rehomed TONS of cats and brought in many TNR cats as well. The ladies at the front desk have always been super sweet to me whenever I come in to visit the kitties. I try to sponsor the older kitties whenever I can in hopes they'll be adopted quicker into loving homes. Thank you for everything you do! One cat may not equal the world but you may be the world to that one cat!

I'm not even sure where to start. I use to absolutely adore this place. I had gotten a dog here in 2018. Best dog I could have ever asked for. However recently in the last few months I have been thinking about getting another dog. I thought well I had a great experience last time with them. I will definitely go back. I went there looked around I sat down with someone who helped me on the right track. I wanted to do a slumber party like I had done with my previous dog. It was even more important I do this because I had a cat. They had just gotten this dog that I was interested in so they didn't have much information on him other then he came from another shelter. So they did a cat test with a kitten. We went through a plan together on how I was going to introduce my cat and the shelter dog. There was a lot of communication there and help. Which I appreciated. Unfortunately it didn't go well. My cat is very well with other animals. But I think it was too stressful for the dog and gave him a lot of anxiety. He wouldn't eat and couldn't relax. He was constantly pacing back and forth I felt extremely bad. And although we loved the dog. I had to put my feelings aside and go with my gut. And not have this poor dog go through this. Which was the whole point of the slumber party to see how it would work. When I took him back I felt very judge the girl was very rude. She was telling me I did things wrong and how I should have done them. Even though that's not what another girl and I talked about going about things. She wouldn't let me set up another time to see another dog. Because they were too busy even though we just heard them give another person an hour wait time. And we were willing to wait however long. And there were just multiple people standing at the desk on there phone talking to one another. It's just very unfortunate they were also turning other people away. But complaining about how long they have had animals but couldn't tell me if any of them gotten along with cats. I felt like the answers she gave me were because she wanted me to leave along with other customers. It's giving the animals missed opportunities because certain people just don't care. They should go through their staff and pick out the bad seeds for the wellbeing of their animals. All and all I probably won't go back there. But I hope they are able to turn the staffing around.
