They treated my 21 year old kitty with such care & concern & were very educational & patient with me.

Love this place been taking my dog here for years, everyone is super nice and they take very good care of him.

My family has been taking our pets to Sifferlin Animal Clinic for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say they're the absolute best. They don't just provide great service and know-how; they genuinely love and care for our animals. Whenever I'm away and leave my pets at the clinic, I know deep down they're in the best hands. Dr. Sifferlin is a gem – so friendly and treats her patients like they're part of her own family. Seriously, I can't recommend this clinic enough!

I just recently moved to the area and finding Sifferlin Animal Clinic has honestly been such a blessing! I had always taken my dog blue to the same vet and was nervous about finding a new place for her. I was recommended to Dr. Sifferlin by a friend and it was such a lovely experience. Having with a sick animal is such a stressful and emotional experience and every single staff member I had the pleasure of meeting, was so kind and understanding. Blue is an extremely nervous dog and they were very patient with her which has been hard to come by while trying to find a new vet for her. Thank you to Dr. Sifferlin + the rest of the staff for helping my baby! So happy to have found a new clinic.

I wanted to thank Sally and her staff for the wonderful care they gave to our dog Maggie. Dr Gano discovered she had an object in her small intestine and Sally came in for emergency surgery to remove it. The staff kept us updated and answered all my questions and my sons questions (she is his dog). This is the third time that sally and her staff have saved our girl. She had parvo as a puppy and all the love and care she received during that time went above and beyond we could have asked for. Then this past December she had a mass removed from her neck. When the mass was discovered at her check up (she has lots of fatty lumps on her body we keep an eye on) I knew this particular one felt different and immediately she was booked for surgery the next day. She answered all our questions and gave us options on how we could proceed with her treatment. I can't thank them enough. Sifferlin animal clinic has treated 4 dogs and 8 cats for my family. When we had to put my childhood dog to sleep and our family dog a few years ago.we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. We got to take our time saying goodbye. When my parents were out of town we had to put their cat to sleep and Sally called my dad on the phone and explained everything and they let me hold him the entire process. I trust them with my animals. I trust their knowledge. No question has ever gone unanswered. They love our fur babies like they were their own. From the Dr's to the staff. Thanks again Sally and staff for saving our sweet Maggie! It is truly truly appreciated!

Rude and unprofessional staff who like to make fun of people when they are grieving the loss of their pet. Very judgmental and not helpful at all

They're all about the money. They don't care about the animals at all. Immature, and greedy.

Your staff were laughing when my friends mom was asking questions. Dililerbatly laughing at her. Smirking and being completely rude.

This was also not the first time I've witnessed this kind of behavior. As a professional I would think you would want to get to the bottom of who in your staff is being inconceivabley rude. But instead you want to try to make excuses.

They were not treated with respect. Plain and simple

I can't express enough gratitude to the amazing team at Sifferlin's Animal Clinic for their exceptional care of my pup, Apollo, during his battle with Lyme disease. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, it was evident that their commitment to animals' well-being was unparalleled. They were exceptional in their care and communication with me through the whole process. Thanks to Sally and her team, Apollo is living a happy puppy life!

I also cannot thank the pet center enough for taking such great care of him while I am away! I always know he is in such great care! Thank you to the Clinic and the Pet Center for all they do for my sweet boy!

We have been using Sifferlin Animal Clinic, as well as the Pet Center (boarding + grooming) for about 5 years now. We recently moved to Columbus but still make the ~2 hour drive to Dover, Ohio to get our dog treated/boarded/groomed here. It is hard to find reliable/trustworthy people to care for your furry little family members but Dr. Sifferlin + staff make us feel at ease when our dog needs care or boarding. Always worth the extra drive to make sure our dog is in good hands. 10/10 recommend.

I have had my share of ups and downs with vets and wanted to share my thoughts. First and for most Dr Gano is a wonderful human who made us feel very comfortable when my Fiona wasn’t feeling well. The staff is caring and so helpful. We are so fortunate to have had the care in some of the worst moments in our life that we all go through. I am so appreciative of Dr Gano for her compassion she has for our furry beloved family members. Thank you ALL for your kindness it showed and will never be forgotten. I hope anyone reading this will feel good about taking there pets here?

All they want is your money. They dont care about the animals. We have been coming here on and off for years and honestly we should have just stayed away after they put our pug on a medication they KNEW she shouldnt have been on because it would kill her via organ failure and literally 2months after putting her on phenobarbital, her organs failed and she passed. While she was dying they refused to see her unless we paid UP FRONT FOR A VISIT WE WOULDNT KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO BEGIN WITH. She suffered for 2 hours having seizure after seizure at home before finally passing. LATER THE SAME DAY we asked for our pugs medical records and they "suddenly" didnt have them anymore.
They are the only vet to ever muzzle and restrain my well behaved dog. Even after I told them, doing that stresses her out more. When I told them that they need to be careful on how they hold her down because she has bad knees, they just straight up ignored me.
They will charge you extra money if you have to call in just to ask a question about a medication they prescribed. Speaking of medication they prescribe; THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF THOSE MEDICATIONS TO YOU AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A SIDE EFFECTS LIST. They kept my dog on DAILY steriods for 2-3 years because they said "shes allergic to grass" this now has reaulted in my young dog having 0 cartilage in her joints because she never produced it naturally as a pup thanks to the seroids. They also never told me that keeping my dog on steroids for so long could lead to things like liver failure. I found this out after taking my dog to another vet who started the conversation off with and I quote "I have to watch my wording and how i say this because i cant slander another vets office"
They also recently switched out staff in the grooming building; They flat out REFUSED to trim my dogs nails now. All because I request that I hold her. I don't let them take her behind to grooming doors because the ONE AND ONLY TIME I DID, MY DOG ENDED UP HAVING A STRESS ENDUCED SEIZURE 2 HOURS LATER. Ive also never had their staff discriminate towards me or my dog before UNTIL NOW. The staff had the meanest, dirtiest looks on their face when I walked in (I have brightly-colored hair and tattoo's my dog is a pit-mix) They were smiling and laughing until I walked in. They took one look at myself and my dog and then that's when it became an issue and they refused to trim her nails.
Don't know why they changed out ALL of the staff in the grooming building but man, oh man are the new staff genuinely terrible at customer service. Told me to go pay additional 23$ for an office visit to get her nails trimmed excuse the groomer wasn't going to do it. The groomer DIDNT EVEN COME OUT TO LOOK AT MY DOG. THE GROOMER STAYED BEHIND A CLOSED DOOR IN THE GROOMING ROOM. Genuinely terrible staff

The staff is always super kind and informative. They were able to accommodate us even when we showed up on the wrong day for our appointment. Would highly, highly recommend!

Treated my cat for upper respiratory infection for 6 weeks and after they xrayed her did not tell me she had cancer. And proceeded to argue with me the day I found out my cat was dying

Treated me like I didn't know my own dog, then gave her too high of a dose of heart guard. Label they put on said 25-50lbs, gave us the 51-100lbs box and medication. We told them that she was reactive towards people messing with her paws, and they said they "didn't get that felling towards her", then after they trimmed her nails, told us that next time she needs to be muzzled. Would not recommend you to take your pets here.
