Signature Health, Ashtabula OH

I don’t normally post reviews, but this time I feel like I must speak. I thought places like these were set up to help people in need. So when my wife came home yesterday crying and feeling suicidal after trying to get an initial visit at this facility, I was more than a little upset. Needless to say we will NOT be returning. Staff is rude and uncaring. It’s clear that the focus is less on caring for the well-being of the patient and more on the acquisition of their money. Don’t waste your time with these vultures.

Extremely rude. Disgusting. Long waiting time. If you have any issue good luck getting through to a receptionist

Staff is very nice and informative. Everything always goes quick and smooth. The nurse aid is very caring. It's usually busy so there may be a wait

Great use for a historic building. The once Ashtabula Hotel is now a mental health medical facility. The top floors are currently available for lease.

Have been going for about 10 years and have had 1 problem with a Dr who didn't really seem to care to listen, who ni longer works there. Other than that I love going there to receive my psychiatric help. Love that it's in the old hotel too. Made great use of the building and it looks amazing inside.

Counselors are good if you only want to talk about how you feel about things. But, for cognitive behavior therapy it may be better to choose someone else. The psychiatric nurse practitioner that I have had has been alright for the most part.

Sucked. Was promised i they could help me, went to my appointment and was told no they couldn't. Wasted time! Could have gone somewhere else. Now I am in a very bad place cuz of it. Run from this place. Liars, only after $$$$$$$$. Hope it closes and they all lose everything like I am now faced with for trusting and believing them.

Been going here about 10years and it's a fantastic place to go staff is over the bar friendly my councler is super great I love him same with my nurse practitioner love them all I high recommend coming if you have any mental issues

Signature offers so much help to the community. Groups, information, counseling for all ages. They recently added primary care physicians too which makes it convenient for a lot of people. They also have a kid zone for your children if finding a babysitter for your appointment is an obstacle. There is also an in house pharmacy so you don't have to venture out to another place to pick up medication.

Had an appointment. Watched the doctor see 2 drug reps, then told the nurse that he "didn't have the time" to see me. So much for the lost time from work and the gas to get there. Dont waste your time. Thanks Dr. Ajit for NOTHING.

My son and I have been with them for 10 years.very friendly, helpful. The only thing I noticed since they moved and have gotten bigger I don't get reminder calls like I use to. I need those due to my mental illness issues I CAN NOT remember anything! Even when I write it down I lose it. Other than that, love this place
