Signature Health in Willoughby is fantastic. I love my provider, Nicole P, and lovvvve my girl Jenica. The new building is so nice and there’s always a decent spot to park that’s close to the door, which I appreciate when I have my puppy with me. Just wanted to say that it’s a great place for your mental health & addiction treatment needs. They really work hard for you and go out of their way to help. The best place in town- hands down. Thanks guys!

I'm concerned for the patients who need urgent care because of medication allergies and urgent questions.nurses need to call back asap. Hire more nurses and real doctors. Not a fan of nurse practitioners.lots of gaslighting goes on with no communication. This disheartening and unprofessional. Please do better

New Building, no potholes in the new parking lot here! Same Caring, Compassionate, Physicians and Therapists you can understand! Both Ashtabula and Willoughby offices are top notch! Support staff is helpful and courteous. Definitely, one of the best Mental Health providers that I have been to!

Updated Review: Hallelujah, I was switched providers from Brandy Richards () to Nicole P () and since then, everything has been great. Jenica is 100% without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST and helped me get things in order.

I retract what I said before about everyone that works here being “trash” too- although I do have my favorites, since the original review (a few months ago) everyone I’ve dealt with has been so nice and very professional. From my new provider, Nicole, to the lab workers (also Nicole, but works in a different capacity) and the other girl who I don’t know her name, but works doing the urine screens. Rick is a good guy too.

Guys, please give this place a chance. If you aren’t happy with your treatment, take the initiative to fight for your healthcare. It’s really important, and there are employees that work here that REALLY DO CARE. And that’s really hard to find these days. You are treated respectfully and with love and support, but you have to find the place with the most people who want the best for you, and now, I can honestly say, that you will get that here. Plus they have a new building, that’s pretty great!

Very grateful Jenica and her efforts helped turn my situation around… from 1 star, to 3 and now 5. And they deserve every bit of it.thank you for being the best facility I’ve ever been to (and there have been a lot lol). ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ 100%

I forgot to mention that there are two pharmacy staff members that are completely amazing: the older lady with glasses and with the hair just below her chin and the man that is kind of tall with dark brown hair- these two are great and literally run to help me. I can’t say enough good stuff about them as well.

Thank you again.

Old review

Like someone else said: no concern for mental health treatment here. Richards lies about what was discussed, thinking the notes won’t be read by client… oh, but I do. I see what you’ve said about me. I keep asking for psych, but they just hand me a phone number or tell me to have the front desk make an appointment with a psych or counselor, which when I went to do that, I was told I couldn’t by the front desk lady that sits near the door where you go back to see a nurse. Holding medication over your head if you don’t comply with everything they want. Somehow they recommend a “higher level of care like inpatient” but won’t bother helping me get in asap with a psych. Wanted me to start going to them for my primary care as well… my answer to that is HELL NO, just like my answer to their IOP suggestion and their flawed recommendation for me to go to inpatient. Was given medication that made me temporarily sterile and put my menstrual cycles out of whack without any mention of these very possible side effects. They really do just care about money, it seems. They want to jack up my Medicaid for Uber rides daily also. Yeah, no. You guys suck. Literally one good nurse there: Jenica. She really cares. Everyone else is trash and rude.

Edit: jenica is still the best, I forgot to mention that I like Rick too. The director reached out to me about my review and I got to drop Brandy Richards, it’s getting better.

+1 more star just for jenica. Please give her a raise, I’m still coming here because of her.

Pharmacy hours are not compatible with people who work. Some of the front desk people are rude and think it’s appropriate to discuss your confidential information with one another after you leave the building. Also no confidentiality at the pharmacy with it being right in the middle of the waiting room. This place is a joke besides Jenica she’s amazing and actually cares. Amanda was also amazing but she no longer works here. They are the only reason I’ve continued my care here for so long.

Franz Kafka was inspired to write The Castle after a nightmare from the perspective of a person making an appointment with Signature Health

Good doctors, they listen to you, also help you with what is wrong and don’t just throw medicine at you and I respect that, they also have a DBT group therapy program

Thee worst choice anyone can make when trying to get help for mental illness, they have no personal concern for their patients. Just numbers and money to them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from signature health.

My care team at signature health has been amazing. Alex my therapist and Kristen my psychiatrist along with her nurse Lisa have gone above and beyond to make sure my quality of care has been accommodated. Kristen and Lisa have been so understanding with the manufacturing back orders on medication and act as fast as they can to ensure I am not without my medications. Virtual appointments make it so I can take care of my mental health while still being a productive adult with work and children. Highly recommend signature health to all my friends and family.

Ok I must say I've been going to this establishment since before the pandemic and I must say it is always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and be heard by the most understanding compassionate doctors, nurses. And down to the administrative assistants at the front office are always a joy to grace their presence amongst.

I definitely can't be more excited that my transportation is always provided by Lyft driver there and back.

Need I say more

I even enjoy the pharmacy team

They are the best group of support I could ask for.

I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner, at 8am they didn't send me the link or call! I waited then they said well I'll schedule you a month from now, like accommodation shouldn't have been met from the (admittedly) having issues with the phone service but ofurse they would have been happy to charge my insurance for a no show and.keep me in primary, counseling case management to to keep charging me for in important things I'd give them less than 1 star if I could

Autumn Green Jones is a worker for Signature Health in Willoughby Ohio. She is a horrible person to speak to and does NOT help people who are mentally ill. Again ask for someone else because the above person is horrible!

Your greatest nurse is Martina. From what I heard she has family responsibilities and cannot make it until a certain time. Pleas respect that signature health.
