Grady Cox was personable, professional and very helpful to work with. Kami Maggard also did a phenomenal job. Both Grady & Kami worked very well together to streamline the process and ease our worries. We would highly recommend working with both of them.

Had a leak on one of our backflow preventers. Called Courtney at Silco and she had a technician, Kevin, at our facility within 20 minutes. Kevin quickly swapped out the defective pressure tap resolving the issue.

Grady Cox and his trainee Nick Hales were on time, got to work right away. Tested the the Back-flows with no inconveniences to employees. Nick was a little afraid of Heights, but got him into the boom lift with safety equipment and all was well. Great service. Thank you Silco.

Grady Cox does the services on the system at AmVets Post 1983 in Hamilton. He's always been very courteous and informs us of what he doing and anything that may help us be a safer Post. Today he had Nick Hales with him and it's obvious that Grady has passed his professional way of working with customers on to him. Silco will continue to be our vendor of chose as long as they continue to employ people like Grady.
