This was my first time in there and I was extremely impressed. The people were extremely helpful answered all the questions and I felt comfortable in buying my Stihl products

Went in for a handful of Honda lawnmowers parts. Had everything I needed in stock at a reasonable price and staff was helpful.

Sills is awesome, Zak is the best BMW tech around and all the staff is super helpful, have bought several bikes from them, always great service.

Very nice people. BMW and Honda motorcycles as well as Honda small engine stuff. They have a lot in such a small space. I learn something every time I'm in there. I haven't bought a bike from them yet. I was close once but the owner advised me in a way that cost her a sale but she was more concerned about me than a buck. I will get one eventually but Honda stock has been hard to come by since the plandemic.

I have been buying parts and service here for years with Stihl, Honda equipment. I have never been treated so badly from the service manager in my life. Was just trying to drop off a honda scooter that was serviced there before. The other person I was with could not believe how we were treated. I will never go back to Sills again and I recommend the drive to Sohars. Absolutely RUDE

I never going to buy sthil equipment on this store, they make you to buy at pack at oil to giving you 4year warranty, not true the lie to the customer. Never again

They serviced my 2002 BMW R1200c last October and installed a rebuilt ABS unit ($1,800), now after 500 miles, rear brake dead and they can't service because of strict 15 year or newer policy this year, wont even offer to put me on wait list. Never offered to replace brake lines either.not very happy with them right now.

Very very rude service this guy was almost gana kick us out because we was in there 2 min after closing litterly 2 min and we had spent around $300 never again garbage service

Hello friends, this place had my bike for 13 working days back in 2020 to do a 600 mile maintenance and some warranty recall work. I then stopped in to inquire about a plastic cowl piece that a mounting tab had broken on. I was told by the service writer that it would be ordered under warranty and it would come already painted and such. I've emailed them about the part and was given the runaround. Meanwhile, I purchased the part and now have it being painted to match the others all outta my own pocket. I'll never spend another dime at this place. I will go out of my way to patronize another local bmw dealership.

I went into sill motor and ask for a 20 in bar saw and they gave me a 18 in bar chain saw instead of 20 in and when i got home and use it for a day i realize it was 18 in instead 20 in bar, i will not buy another saw from them and the saw was a ms391 and after i took it back they said they been out of the 20in sence nov, when you go to there you better know exactly what you want know what it looks like

They let a rookie work on my R-1100 and he did more damage than anything. Gave it back to me with 20 psi air pressure in the back tire. And it was in for a safety inspection

Walked in with my daughter ready to make a purchase. One employee was on the phone discussing his vacation plans (apparently he doesn’t like Florida), another walked in and didn’t even even acknowledge me. I walked out and will be making my purchase elsewhere. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been fine. Maybe I didn’t look the part?

Went to purchase a used second bike. Walked out without a bike. They only seemed interested in selling their new models. They never called me back about the test ride I requested. The problem could have been the bike I was looking at was a motorcycle they were selling on consignment for a private owner.
