Aaron was amazing. Always professional and always ready to help. I cannot recommend Silver Lion high enough.

Total scam! I have had no communication from them since I signed up. No response from emails or phone calls. The numbers I call go to an off site answering service that have no clue about my loans and no way to reach the company. I had my bank put a stop on all payments to them. Don't waste your time or money!

They have been amazing to work with and it has been a flawless experience. Aaron has been the best!

It is easy to get frustrated with all the requirements involved with student loans. Aaron made sure I was abreast of all facts and recommended what was best for my situation. Signed up for this service about 3 years ago. I have had no communication with them since the pandemic happened. Recently, I have not been able to reach anyone. I have tried calling several times. Some numbers are no longer in service. Others go unanswered.

Imagine winning the lotto. Working with Aaron Longino of Silver Lion was about the equivalent. Silver Lion was recommended by our HR department, as I work for a nonprofit and Aaron Longino was my account manager. I can’t find the words to describe what an amazing, seamless process it was and how knowledgeable, kind, and professional Arron is. He explained the PSLF process clearly, filed the paperwork and within 5 months my student loans were a burden of the past. Anytime I had a question Aaron was available and responded immediately. He was just as elated as I was that his efforts and expertise resulted in the forgiveness of a substantial debt, never to be a source of stress for the rest of my life. I would have never been able to figure out the convoluted process of PSLF on my own. It was worth every cent of the nominal fee in my opinion, and I am just so incredibly grateful and relived that I had the opporutnituy to eliminate a debt that was holding me back from moving forward in other areas of my life. Despite some frustrated communication from me and some phone tag (thank you, iphone, for automatically silencing calls you do not recognize.), he was incredibly professional and very helpful. Although I am certain that he is ridiculously busy, he took time for me and I never felt rushed or that I was a burden. I would recommend this service to anyone with student loan questions or issues.
