Silvercreek came highly recommended to us during 2022, and their work and professionalism has far exceeded the initial recommendation. From accurate diagnosis, to cost effective written itemized quotes in our email for online approvals, Silvercreek has worked with us to keep the 2007 Mazda6 safely on the road.

Once cars reach a certain age, it is an ongoing dilemma to gauge how long to keep the car, how long to keep investing in repairs. Recent repairs have been costly, but in the weird economy, repairs have proven far more cost effective than competitor’s estimates, less expensive than replacement costs for used or new cars. The integrity of Silvercreek has guided us through tough decisions by providing excellent repairs within projected estimates and meeting schedules as promised.

Following a pricey repair last winter, the Mazda suddenly wouldn’t start. Being stranded is tough, and made us seriously second guess the decisions for the pricey repairs. Like a voice in the dark, in an email, Silvercreek suggested an instant workaround, to simply start the car in neutral. Problem solved, the car started! With the next oil change, we scheduled a more permanent repair when Silvercreek replaced the Neutral Safety Switch, a reasonable repair to keep the car starting every time.

Oddly, after the Neutral Safety Switch repair, the car starting acting as if it were haunted, where the dash lights intermittently worked, the automatic gear shifting hesitated until the car lurched down the road. We logged the strange behaviors until scheduling a new appointment.

Silvercreek promptly solved the problem. The technician simply adjusted the repair related to the Neutral Safety Switch, and the car was ready for pick up almost immediately. With NO charge to owner.

This no charge was a first for us. In the past, every other garage fabricated some other problem, or blamed some other unrelated electrical problem, running up some costly estimate to cover their time.

We recognize and appreciate Silvercreek’s honesty and warranty repair to the new Neutral Safety Switch. It helps so much that the Mazda6 starts and drives smoothly! Thank you for helping us regain trust in the Mazda again, even after 16 years.

One last thing is worth mentioning. We live a good distance from Wadsworth and Silvercreek, and our work schedules conflict with garage’s operating hours. Silvercreek has fine-tuned their communications so that we can securely schedule after hours vehicle drop off and pick up. Although we prefer meeting the service team in person, for over a year, Silvercreek has proven that phone and digital communications can work. Thank you, Silvercreek.

They always do excellent and thorough work, going above and beyond to keep my vehicle in good condition. My only tiny complaint might be that it's sometimes tough to get an appointment scheduled earlier than 2-3 weeks out, but I guess that just goes to show how many people rely on them: D

He got me in quick, Took care of the problem Didn’t do anything to the car until he found out what the problem was and called me to get my OK. Then call me when my car was ready. Great service. Less than pleased. Was charged labor for an estimate I never got. They called me after I dropped it off and gave me an outrageous price to get a true estimate. I told them no. They then charged for their time when I picked it up.
