We are very pleased with our recently completed kitchen remodel. Bridget was most helpful in both the design and selection process. Drew and Kasey kept us informed, stayed on schedule and did an exceptional job with the installation. We recommend Simple Kitchen for those considering a kitchen remodel.

SimpleBath was a great business to work with. The bathroom shower pipe burst in Dec (along with half of central Ohio) and we got scheduled for July. No biggie. I loved scoping out the work and choosing the new design with Dave. Daniel, Andy & Blake installed the new bathroom on time and were done as promised. One star ding because we selected a Moen faucet from the show room that has a 4/10 start rating on Moen's website. That faucet shouldn't have been an option. SimpleBath swapped out the bad faucet no charge, but I had to buy the new faucet and am responsible for reselling the old one. Buyer beware - read the reviews of all the products. Just because it's in the show room doesn't mean it's a good product.

Will consider them again for the next remodel.

Daniel and Andrew did an incredible job updating my 1950s full bathroom. They were both friendly and professional to work with throughout the 4 day renovation, extremely efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my bathroom project was completed exactly how I had planned. Simple Bath made the process of redoing our bathroom very easy from the start. Elizabeth was very up front about pricing and was willing to work with us to adjust our quote as many times as we wanted to fit our budget and needs. She was very prompt to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. Installation was on time and very efficient. We were impressed with the work they completed in 3 days as promised.

We had ordered two showers replacement. We are happy, everything was done really great. Elizabeth was very helpful, she listened to all of our wishes and has made all of it happen.

I am glad I chose Simple Bath to replace my bathroom shower. Shawn explained the options and services available when he came to measure space and provide quote. He did not make a hard sales push, which was in stark contrast to the other company that quoted me. There was a backlog in their service schedule owing to the Covid-19 shutdown (I had this done in 2020), so the installation was scheduled several months out. But there were no delays; they came on the planned day. In two days they tore out the existing shower, removed the existing floor, and installed the new shower, shower door, and flooring. It looks great, and I'm pleased with the quality. Bill and Nate did a great job and were courteous and professional.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Sales rep Elizabeth was always on time for appointments and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. She also took the time to walk us through all of our options at their showroom and was helpful in selecting items for our bathroom remodel. The install started six months after our initial 1/2 down payment was taken at the end of March 2022. The remodel was scheduled at that time to take place over three days at the end of September 2022 along with a custom measured shower door glass that followed three weeks later. All of these appointments set in late March took place exactly when they said they would - I was amazed at that! The two men who did our remodel - Celie & Chris - were both professional, hard-working and friendly and typically only worked five to six hours for each of the three days of the remodel. They also respected our property, always putting down drop-cloths for all of the places where they would walk. Everything went exactly to plan and there were no additional unforeseen issues that would cost extra time and money. Simple Bath handled all of the subcontracting, which included an electrician as well as a rep who measured the shower to ensure that our glass panels would get installed perfectly. That shower door glass was installed on the exact date and time frame as we had scheduled it back in March! We also had some baseboard that got installed with some stains on them, but through working with Elizabeth, it was quickly replaced.
Because the original bathroom was less than perfect, there were multiple wall imperfections from poorly taped and mudded joints in the drywall. Unfortunately, Simple Bath refused to repair those imperfections for us, but, because we had that six month window before the remodel was to start, it was pretty easy for us to get the drywall issues repaired before the remodel started.
As for pricing, yes it seemed expensive, however, their cost was probably very much in line or better than other contractors. I would definitely recommend using Simple Bath for your bathroom remodel.
