Needed a specific size walkway stone to replace an existing/broken stone, called the store, and talked with Michael P. Unfortunately, the store didn’t stock exactly what I needed. However, Michael P.was extremely helpful, offered to receive a picture of the stone by email, and to ask their stone reps what they’d have that was similar. This level of customer service was above and beyond what I received after making calls to several other competitors. Five start customer service!

The staff and unloading time would get 5 stars as they were nice and they also unloaded me in about 45min. The dock would get no stars

However, the dock is obviously not set up for big trucks. More like box trucks. It’s a tight dock with high walls and pillars protecting it. Very easy to rip a door off

Their driveway has boulders on the corners to keep you off the grass. Across the street is a light pole AND a fire hydrant not to mention another line of boulders to protect their grass. Wicked easy to tear up your bumper

I literally have 5 million miles under my butt and it took me like 5min to back in. People even commented on how quick it was compared to normal. I feel sorry for anyone that tries to back in with a 53’ and a sleeper. You better know what you’re doing or you’ll damage the equipment

Nice place if your in need of anything in the landscaping business. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very good place to get high quality fertilizers and pre emergents. The only thing you need is a commercial account and if you can’t get that you can’t get the supplies. The staff always knows how to solve your issues and find fertilizer you need.

Drivers stay away from this place. If you pick up or delivering to this place be prepared to be there for long time. They don’t care bout drivers delivering their stuff. They said we get u unloaded quick. But been here for 2 hours already and haven’t even start. This place is horrible. Stay away from this place driver for shipping or receiving…

I run a pressure washing and paver restoration company and rely heavily on SiteOne for all sand and sealers. The staff is extremely professional. They order in products as needed on a timely basis. The staff was even nice enough to ensure a continued supply chain of the preferred polymeric sand I use for my business.

This place is fantastic. They are what the box square are not, you can find irrigation supplies, pesticides, out door lighting, pavers, excellent website, Gary and the entire Knowlegable as well as friendly. You can find everything to repair your irrigation system. Great place and great idea to support local business

Easy to reach there from I-90 to Nagel Rd, then left to Chester and right to Liar Industrial. There i friendly guys and that’s it. One dock which is impossible to back in with 53’ and sleeper. Probably you will have to deal with pallet jack or they pull skids out with chains. Be prepared to spent hours.

Great place for specialty or hard to find items not available at big box or Amazon. My valve box needed rebuilt for the last 8 years. Had I known about this place, it would have been done two hours after it cracked. I will definitely be back.
