Wish I could give no stars! We ordered food from your store on Euclid Avenue. I ordered a salad with chicken this afternoon and I’m now on my way to the dentist for an emergency appointment! Why in gods name would you cut the core and serve it as salad? A huge piece of iceberg lettuce core that I bit down onto and my tooth is broken. I’m taking it with me to the dentist and you will be covering all my dental expenses. Will be in touch.

Lentil soup suddenly doesn’t have potato in it? For a few weeks now. Potatoes made the soup perfect but now it’s just mediocre. Falafel used to be the best in town but now they’re hard as rocks. Sad when a place goes downhill so fast man.

My family ordered delivery over the weekend via doordash and we were so disappointed. The hummus was thin and watery kinda like soup. I just put it in the trash this morning before leaving for work.

I ordered via DoorDash and received a very generous container of baba, a nice supply of pitas that I have now in the freezer, and a delicious Shawarma pita for lunch. So glad to have discovered this restaurant!

I usually order lentil soup and fries. Ordered last week and the portion of fries was cut in half, but for the same price. My soup was awful due to so much sand/grit/dirt in nearly every bite. Taste was so off. Sorry to say but quality is going way down.

Visited Keith Building the other day and witnessed something troubling. A man with a heavy accent verbally accosted a security guard. I noticed his shirt was from your restaurant. So troubling to see and hear him being so terrible to the elderly guard. He should be held accountable for his actions and I will be contacting management at the building to discuss.

One of my preferred locations for tasty lebanese food. It was so fresh. I'll return with my coworkers. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I loved.

Delicious for lunch or dinner! We've ordered quite a few times during the stay-at-home order and the food is always so fresh and pitas usually come warm! Our favorites are the shawarma pitas sandwich and the hummus with a bag of pita of course!

Nasty old hummus. Not going back. How old is the food you serve? Hard times out there but other places are open with fresh food.

The food tastes great. However, the portions are smaller than expected. The service is friendly and relatively quick.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very inviting and open. It always seems to be moderately busy whenever I visit. The ambiance feels almost like a non-alcoholic intelectual lounge where people meet to eat and converse about the latest books that they've read.

Yesterday, the young kid ruined my dinner. He should know what he’s doing at the register before taking orders. When I got back to the office my order was all wrong. I couldn’t even understand him when he spoke with me. Boooooo. Hire good people.

We were in Cleveland to attend a show at the Allen Theater. We were in a hotel within easy walking distance of Playhouse Square. Our son knows that we really enjoy mid-eastern cuisine and recommended Sittoo's which was literally a 2 minutes from our hotel on a cold slushy night. Easy choice. The two gentlemen on duty could not have been more pleasant or attentive. My wife has a serious dairy allergy and needs to avoid the yogurt based dressings. We discovered that Sittoo's is part of a restaurant group which also includes Aladdin's. We've been to their locations in Mentor and Bagley Road, The food was plentiful, very tasty, freshly prepared and in my wife's case yogurt free. My only regret is that I didn't try their lentil soup. It is casual, spotless and the service is swift. Always a concern on a theater night. We will be back.

Do not listen to the close time listed. I called as early as 8: 40 pm, 20 minutes before closing and they would not answer so I walked to the store and the lights were off as of 8: 46 and the cashier was at the register with her coat on already so they must have closed way before that to be able to clean up and leave.

This is the second time it happened. Last time I called at 8: 49 and they said the kitchen already close so they could not take my order.
