Azure N. White or " Blue" as they call her was excellent in service department - very honest and has integrity. I appreciated all her help when servicing my Whaler.

We went to Cleats for dinner. My meal was not hot when served probably because they were very busy.

Do not recommend. We took our boat in the fall to have a rattle fixed and in the spring we got back an unusable boat that still rattled. Not to mention that we paid them a lot of money to have a broken boat.

Laura in sales was a great help and we love out boat, but we have had the boat for over 2 months and never received the title or registration. We were assured everything would be taken care of, and now we cannot get ahold of anyone there to help us get our paperwork. I would have given a 5 star review and would be more than happy to change my review if someone would help us or even answer a phone call or email

I ordered a boat January 11 to be built and delivered by the end of May. Got word in May that it was going to be late and delivered by the end of June. Got word at the end of June that it would come in sometime in July. Get a call July 6 that my boat came in but it was the incorrect boat. It had nothing that I wanted on it. My family and I waited 6 months for this boat to be told we will have to reorder it and it might be in by next summer. Not sure they (Steve and Laura) realize that waiting for something and getting excited for it and then to be told we screwed up and you can reorder another boat that might come in next summer. They did nothing to try and correct the error besides give my down payment back. Poor business model and customer service to do this to a family! Something better should have been done. They just wanted to get out of the error as fast as they could. Disappointing to say the least! Lawsuit?

A great place to dock your boat an spend the summer. The staff here goes over an above for there members.

Bought a nice cruisers yacht 3750 from them for a decent deal it all went pretty smooth they were very helpful the part we are having a huge issue with is its been over 2 months and our bank that we received the loan from hasn't received the title yet and we haven't even received the registration for the boat so we been using it for over a month with no paperwork we tried contacting them over and over with 0 answers what the heck is going on!? !

My salesman Scott was great. Very professional and friendly and kept me updated through the entire process. Would recommend Skipperbuds to anyone
