Skyline Chili, Harrison OH

I’ve been coming to this skyline for a while and tonight was hands down the absolute worst service I’ve seen ever. In all my years of cooking at diners and fast food work, everyone including the server moved so slow. Never brought up our drinks, we had to remind the server while he just stood around. And we asked for juicy 3ways. They brought us out so dry and pasty like chili. When we asked for a 3way juicy, he took it back, them came back and proceeded to say they would have to charge us for it? We didnt want extra chili, just juicy. We said this multiple times and like I said working in restaurant settings I really try to be as empathetic. With that being said, our server came over and wouldn’t stop talking about how horrible their managing is and how hes in trouble because of our request for our food to be made properly? And to top it off, even the people cooking the food were arguing and screaming back and fourth, a manager screaming for people to go home since they had bad attitudes. This was the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had hands down and Ive worked so many different places, including Skyline itself. Same with Goldstar. Ive been serving for Goldstar for over a year and half and would’ve never this unprofessional, slow, and unconcerned for customers. I really hope this Skyline gets better because the looks of it, its going downhill!

Food is good. But as someone who knows exactly how the chili is made, and for what you get in the serving size, this place is way too expensive.

Had my first experience of Cincinnati Chili here recently while passing through on our summer trip. Definitely was curious what the whole commotion was about it and was pleasantly surprised. While serving tasty chili on bland pasta and smothering it in a thick layer of cheddar cheese doesn't seem like it should get as much attention as it does, it is quite tasty. Enjoyed the visit and would certainly drop by again.

First trip back to Harrison OH in about 10 years, and first stop. Skyline Chili.
Alot's changed on the menu, all of the classics and some great new additions as well. Wait staff were super friendly, coneys with habanero cheese was a nice rouch.and the 5-way Chili was everything I remembered.

I haven’t been to skyline in awhile and I was disappointed that their burritos are half the size they use to be. A friend just ordered a small 4 way takeout and the cup was half full. The Harrison Ohio skyline doesn’t care about giving your moneys worth!

The employee named Eli, working the drive thru window made the experience of a very long line almost enjoyable. Very friendly!

Our waitress was wonderful, very pleasant and never had to ask for anything. We had conveys and the sauce was actually hot not warm like some other Skylines we've been to.

First time eating here and I am not a fan. The chili is very um unusual. It's sweet like all I could taste was cinnamon. Perhaps it's just an acquired taste or something. The service was good, and they have me a sample. Just not for my taste buds.

Staff are very friendly but restaurant consistently messes up food, if you still purchase here get in the habit of checking your food, just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap only to find it had no chicken at all and this isnt the first time its happened

Our food was cold. And it was not suppose to be. I did called and share nicely that the food was cold. Both had different food.

Definitely not Texas chili. But very very good. UNIQUE flavor. Will definitely be back. If we are ever thru here in the future, we are truck drivers from Texas, so love off the wall places. Kudos skyline chili!

Went to Harrison location, manager waited on us, was very nice & attentive, food was great (as always)! Was glad to have clear partitions between the booths.

Horrible drive thru. Slow service and 50% chance order will be wrong or an item is missing. I know this before I go and it still happens every, single, time.

Last time we went to skyline in Harrison we had to wait for over an hour to be served. None of us was received any Straws we had to go get our own. The whole restaurant was dirty and nobody was walking around cleaning. They were just standing around talking with each other and playing on their fronts. When told that our service was badd they act like they did not care or ask to see if we wanted to talk to the manager.

Appreciate the extra care for covid19. We were not familiar with Cincinnati chili so it was new to all of us. Not everyone wants to go again but it was a fun experience!

I regularly come getting some food in this place. I enjoyed the fast customer service and well prepared dishes. They never disappoint.

Skyline does pretty well at keeping the quality up at each of its stores. Usually always pleased with the stop

The food was good as usual at any Skyline. The service at this particular shop was atrocious. We were basically ignored for more than 5 minutes after we took our seats. After our existence was acknowledged it was a further 5 minutes before our food order was taken. The sad thing is that it was not very busy at all. Will never go back to this Skyline, ever.
