Restaurant Skyline Chili reviews
16Shocked how cold and dry Speghetti was for the 4-way onion. Very much NOT the usual. Usually soupy. I did not call to complain, because stuff happens. I WILL return to Delhi Skyline!
Wow terrible overall. Food was okay, but as you can see from the pictures there was about 12oz of tomato and onion on a deluxe burrito. Hardly eatable. The pace was as slow as a snail, no refills. Overall 1 star.
I always use the drive-through; fast, efficient, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! Beth is always working the drive thru window when I go there. She is always professional, friendly, sweet, and a hard worker?
Been going to this skyline for years. They never mess up your order and the service is always fast and friendly
Always a pleasure to eat at a skyline chili. The mountain of cheese they include with your order is something to see for sure.
Drive thru is unapologetically slow. I thought maybe just understaffed but when you go inside everyone is straight chillin. I like the food but 25 minutes is a long wait when there were only 4 or 5 cars in front of me. The foods already cooked.just slap it in a bun! When you're feeling good and hungry, get ready to feel hungrier before you actually get any food lol
Skyline may not have the best nutrition but being a Cincy native it's just something you gotta have once in awhile. It's like an addiction you have to satisfy, if only once a month.
Their black beans and rice vegetarian options are great. They are healthier and taste just as good if not better than the chili versions.
On my last visit to the Bridgetown location, they offered up a 3 way black beans and rice that was simply divine. They could not have stuffed the container any fuller and I definitely got my money's worth. Thank you Skyline. The vegetarian chilito was also excellent.
Also Skyline has arguably the most professional, courteous, and efficient staff of any local fast food restaurant chain. Hands down.
I would give 5 stars if not for the higher sodium and fat content of most selections. But eat it as an occasional treat, pick the vegetarian options, and you'll be fine.
Also the drive thru at the Bridgetown location ends in a steep hill. All the time you're hoping the car in front doesn't roll down and hit you, you don't roll and hit the car behind you, and you don't get rear-ended by the car behind you. Time for a remodel!
Glenway Skyline is the best one left, seems to be the only one that doesn't water down their chili
I asked them to put the cheese on the side of a chili cheese sandwich and of course it wasn't done that way and the cheese was all melted in the sandwich. Always a mix up. (Drive Thru)
Went thru the drive thru waited 10 minutes when Noone was in line ahead of me for 1 coney that got order wrong wanted heavy mustard got no mustard. There were a few girls just standing around laughing. Huge failure for them so disappointed.
It must be chain wide. I've yet to get an order correct. I asked for a coney, no cheese, but wanted onions. So you know what was missing when I opened my order. Onions! No dig deal. Coneys were still good.
Probably the mushiest cheese coneys we've ever had. Completely overloaded with chili and cheese, we could not pick up the buns as they just fell apart in your hands.
I've been coming to this location for years and always get excellent service and suberb food. Even as faces changes the experience is always the best.
I’m not from the area but decided to stop in at this Skyline because I love chili and wow was I SO unsatisfied with my service. I can’t believe that the place is open and running with the people they have running it. I went in and was extremely disrespected by the manager, MIKE HELBLING. He was out of line, unprofessional and most definitely does not fit the spot to be a manager. I can’t imagine how many other customers have been disrespected and didn’t say anything. Every and ALL customers should be treated equally and respectfully, and I did not feel like I got that at this Skyline location. MIKE HELBLING needs to be looked over, especially after speaking to a young female so rudely. A manager is supposed to be there for employees and customers and he’s there for neither. I will not be visiting this skyline ever again and will be spreading around the word. Do better.
I would like to thank Bridgetown Skyline Employees for doing such a fantastic job with my son's 16th birthday party, of 30 family and friends. He has insisted his birthday be at Skyline since he was little. Every year we fill a skyline with laughter, happiness and lots of big appetites. Where else could you get 30 people to agree on a restaurant, always leave happy and be thoroughly satisfied? Friendly service and excellent food. Skyline brings us together to make cherished memories.
Skyline
Drive thru always very slow. Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong and there is something missing. Inside needs updating. I would much rather drive a little bit further to go to the Harrison Ave skyline. One time I also bit into a penny that was in my chillito from this location pretty gross
