Had a great time at our first BGSU hockey game. Not a bad seat in the house, reasonable food and beer prices, would definitely come back.

Hosted a birthday party here a while ago. Helpful staff, good capacity, great accommodations. I loved how parents could watch from the party room through the window while their kids skated. There were a little less rollers for the kids to lean on than we thought and kids had to share, but that was a minor problem.

I love hockey! This is a great place to watch a game. The fan involvement is fantastic. I loved the athletic band. We went on Teddy Bear night. Fans threw bears on the ice which were donated to Children’s Hospital. The old photos on the wall were neat to look at.

Tickets are ridiculously expensive all things considered. Yet the arena was 60% empty. Workers with BGSU lanyards sat in our seats all game even after telling them they were our seats we paid $30 for. Completely unprofessional.

This place is 95% the same as it was 25 years ago from a spectator standpoint which means no room and uncomfortable ancient bleacher seats. Apparently, nothing has been done to make the experience better for those shelling out money to go to games. What a let down.

Toledo Walleye games are actually cheaper, nicer and more fun. I don't see any reason to pay the absurd BGSU ticket price again for an experience I could've had elsewhere for less money and with 10x better facilities.

Good ice rink. Always packed on game nights, but BGSU is always fun to watch. Concessions are expensive. On days you want to free skate, skates are pricey too. However, the rink is super fun.

Friendly staff, best sheet of ice in the Toledo area. Still fairly messy, but definitely can’t to better around here

Awesome place to watch a game, but an even better place to learn how to skate. We signed our kids up for skating lessons and the instructors were AMAZING! In fact, everyone we came in contact with at the arena went above and beyond to help us out if we needed it. I HIGHLY recommend going to the arena for anything, but especially if you are interested in learning how to skate.

Rental skates are far nicer than the other options in this area. The facility is also cleaner.

One of my favorite places to watch college hockey. Hostile if you're a visitor, but most of the people are very nice. Make sure you get up before intermission if you want concessions and are sitting on the bench side of the ice

Very few people adhere to wearing facemask. Posted at door this is required by all people entering building.

Always clean. The facility is run by students who are always friendly, helpful and timely. The ice is kept up well, the concessions stocked, and the stands are never dirty.

Affordable, (currently $8) and fun iceskating. Good environment for the family. Don't carry in any extra items if you don't have too such as purses and coats, as there are no lockers.

Home of the BGSU Falcons, a handful of local high school teams and BG youth hockey. Classic 60 style rink but updated with many modern amenities. For the college hockey fan a tour through the concourse highlights the history and accomplishments of the BGSU Falcons. NHL wall has a large number of alumni. Olympic wall includes multiple gold medal winners from the Falcons including Ken Morrow and Mark Wells from the Miracle on Ice team. Also on display the Hobey Baker winners and All-Americans that played here. The 1984 National Championship trophy is housed in the Stroh Center a block from the arena. There is a nice pro shop with Falcon Hockey gear open most days and evenings most of the year. Taking in a Falcon game is a special experience if you happen to be in town. The Madhouse of Mercer is an apt moniker and the Bleacher Creatures of the student section make a memorable atmosphere.

Oversold tickets. Had to stand or leave. Won't go back. Would do nothing to compensate. Guess they don't know how many seats they have in the arena
