I am so happy with my choice regarding this establishment and my loctitian Shay. Shay truly is the best at what she does. Her experience is way above par. Everything from educating me on proper care to the gentle way she worked on my dreads, and most importantly her restoration skills (which I needed the most) are the best around. I started growing my dreads 7 years ago. I’ve tried finding a competent loctician who fully understands what’s needed driving all over north east Ohio over the years. If you want great service and vibes Shay is your choice! I’ve found a permanent highly skilled loctician for life. I will never let anyone else touch my hair anymore!

Best braids I ever got and Tay really took her time. Super neat braids, was very gentle technique. Great conversation like I known her my whole life. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

First time getting my hair braided and the owner talked me through what I should get and what would be the easiest for me to take care of. She was very friendly and talked during my appointment. She has a tv if you don't feel like talking. I'm going on 6 weeks and it looks like I am due for another appointment. I received so many compliments on my hair since it has been braided.
