Sleep Number reviews
3Note I'm not a customer BUT! I do read reviews before I buy. With that said Im in the market for a new bed but reading some of these bad reviews I'm kinda shocked that some of these previous customers concerns where not handled in a satisfactory way. Now I'm not counting out sleep number it's the top pick on my list still but some of these reviews due give me some concerns with the reputation of sleep number and the price.
Those beds in the sleep number are absolutely wonderful to sleep on and they are so soft and the people are nice and friendly.
Absolutely re-think purchasing a sleep number bed! You have 100 nights to tryout. However if you have a problem it takes over an hour for customer service, two weeks to schedule service and the $4000 base is non refundable even if you return the bed which we were not told! Worst purchase ever.
