We needed a mattress cz our previous one is kinda old.we went so many outlets of mattresses near mentor and willoughby and compared the price of some mattresses. We find this one perfect as our expectations. And Richard Brown was so helpful on our purchase and delivery process. Thanks Richard. And delivery guys were also awesome. I highly recommend this store.

Sleep Outfitters is owned by Sealy. Sealy owns Sterns & foster, Sealy, Tempur Pedic and MANY more brands and stores. The rating is for Sealy's terrible customer service and return/warranty issues that they will put you through. Nothing against the store itself or the great service I recieved when looking at the mattresses. Buyers do your research!

I stopped in the Mentor store and sales associate Richard Brown was extremely helpful as well as very knowledgeable of the mattresses in the showroom. The mattress that I purchased is truly remarkable and a high quality product. I highly recommend Sleep Outfitters for anyone looking for the best mattress to purchase. Aside from Richard Brown's help in my purchase, the delivery team was just as professional and courteous. I'll shop at the Mentor store again in the future.

We needed an inexpensive but comfortable mattress for a guest bedroom and had been to several mattress stores. When we got to Sleep Outfitters, Marc Miller understood what we were looking for and got us exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner.
We will be looking for other mattresses in the near future and we will definitely go back to Sleep Outfitters.

Recently came to this store with my husband after an unpleasant experience with one of your competitors. Let’s just say that Marc made everything better and we walked out more than pleased with everything we wanted! The customer service was absolutely incredible. 10/10 will recommend sleep outfitters (in mentor) to everyone that is looking. I know my sister came the next day! As she is mattress shopping as well. We were treated with respect, not sucked into buying anything that we did not want or that was out of our price range. Marc knew his stuff. He answered any question we had and was so full of information/knowledge, so welcoming and caring, and most importantly he was so funny. I love funny. Great experience I can’t say it enough. You are so good at what you do, and you truly went above and beyond for us. First impressions are everything, and from the moment we walked into the store—we were taken care of! Marc was amazing. He knew everything that needed to be known about the specific mattresses and what would be a good fit for us. Just purchased a memory foam mattress. A little out of my comfort zone as I’ve always slept on a traditional mattress. Their 120 day sleep guarantee is what sold me. Sales person (Richard) was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful while helping us make our decision.

My husband and I had the easiest and best experience purchasing a mattress at Sleep Outfitters. Marc was just awesome, he didn't sell us he educated us and helped us make our decision.
