We came to buy a mattress for our new guest bedroom. Amber was very helpful and knowledgeable, showing us several different options, and gave us prices on them as well. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our guest bed.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worked with Amber, when I first bought a mattress and frame set, she put my delivery date for 2099, and I didn't have a mattress for 2 weeks because they did not want to accommodate my schedule, or communicate the fact they couldn't. They'd just show up to my place, not call me, and leave without a word. This happened twice. After I got the bed, the spring box broke within a couple weeks. I called to have it replaced by Amber, who then screwed up my order a second time, delaying my replacement for a week. Terrible customer service, and terrible products. Go elsewhere if you can.

Amber was amazing and helped me and my partner so much with choosing a pillow. We were here for at least an hour and she was super helpful and even showed us the softest bamboo sheets that we had to purchase! We got a super good deal on the Tempur-Pedic Promid pillow. She gave us such a better deal! I'm so glad we came here because we were about to buy them both at mattress firm and it would have been like $360 before tax! We will definitely come back if we decide to purchase a mattress. Amber definitely provided excellent customer service! Thank you!

I had done internet research on top 10 beds of 2023 and read the reviews. The common thread was unhappiness and having to return the internet purchased beds. Sleep Outfitters was in the area and had two of the top ten beds; decided to try the beds out before purchasing. Amber was our Sleep Specialist and gave us her undivided attention during our testing process. Amber knew her product and made excellent suggestions. Clean, quiet, and such a calm atmosphere. At least, calm until Amber helped us find the perfect bed for my girlfriend and I. She's a light sleeper, I roll around like a rotisserie chicken. We now have the right bed to cushion my old bones and spare her nerves and we can both get our beauty sleep. Not that she needs it ;) For real though, this was absolutely the fastest, fairest, least stressful adultish purchase of my life! Amber made everything simple, and streamlined. She even went above and beyond and helped us get the boxed mattress to the car. She deserves pats on the back and cookies!
