Delivery drivers are the worst. They will attempt to deliver your mattress outside of the confirmed delivery window and if you are unavailable at that time, they will cancel your delivery all together. So make sure that you have time to sit at home all day just in case they need to change your time because of route changes throughout the day. What’s the point of scheduling a delivery window? Not sure.

We worked with Michael at the Fairlawn, Ohio sleep-outfitters. This was a concierge mattress shopping experience from start to finish! Ten years ago we bought a queen tempur-pedic cloud from the same location- we loved it but were ready to move into a king size version. Michael had us try several mattresses and fit us with the perfect pillows to help align our spines. Then he moved the adjustable mattress 4 inches and the comfort level got even better- we were not expecting at all to purchase an adjustable mattress, but we could not “unfeel” the difference in comfort. Amazing! Our sleep is going to be changed forever!
