Toni was amazing. She has so much experience and knowledge to help us pick the best mattress. She was kind, not pushy and fun! We went to 4 stores and this was the best by far! Go here to shop!

I bought a moveable base and mattress two weeks ago. So far the mattress is great! The base - not so much. I want to return it but it’s non refundable. If you absolutely want a base, I say go for it! If not I would recommend thinking about it. THE BASE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

In my opinion I believe sleep outfitters should change this policy. They would probably retain more loyal customers.

I will be going back to purchasing from crate and barrel.

I purchased a mattress and a few TempurPedic pillows from this location a few years ago and had a great experience. On my most recent visit I met Toni Taylor. She was very polite and very knowledgeable of the products. We spoke for a good while about the mattresses, and even started to ramble over our love for movies and some of our favorites. I ended up going with Mattress Firm just because they had the better deal. However, I would a 100 percent recommend Sleep Outfitters and Toni.

Had a great experience with Toni Taylor. She was not only very friendly but also very knowledgeable of all the mattresses. She was very patient with me as I had a million question. She showed me a couple of options that would work best for a side sleeper and still be in my budget. Highly Recommend Toni.

This location works in a predatory and deceptive way. They constantly talk about how you can "sleep on it for 100 days", but they never mention the caveat that you have to get a mattress of equal or greater value. Even if you are looking at the most expensive mattresses they offer. In addition to that we were discussing with the sales person our concerns that we would not like the split bed or that the powered bases would not work well for us. Again we were reminded that we can "sleep on it for 100 days". Turns out that this policy does not apply to the bases. Read the fine print carefully, do not trust what the sales people say to you verbally.

Allen was absolutely fantastic! He helped us find the perfect mattress and went out his way to stay open late for us to make the best decision.

So helpful! Allen walked me through different options and got me within my budget with a great mattress.

Allen and Toni were awesome! They took a lot of time to help me. Go visit them if you need a mattress!:)
