We had a warranty issue with our mattress and they were very easy to work with. Great customer service and took care of our issue. They stand by their products.

My husband and I just purchased our first Tempur-pedic bed at the Boardman shop, what tremendous Customer Service from the minute we walked in the store to the delivery! Dan and his trainee helped us find the perfect mattress, the bed came in very quickly and the 2 young delivery guys were superb! It is very difficult to find; great service, polite and efficient young men AND quality products these days THIS IS THE PLACE, thank you for such great service and product! Due to cost we were unsure for years! I must say, we shouldn't have waited so long, just our first night in this bed and what a difference, I have never slept so well, it's worth the $$ to not wake up in pain and to sleep soundly through the night for the first time in many years! I saw the billboard showing your family and like ten kids. If you can support ten kids selling mattresses then your prices are clearly too high.

Sleepy Hollow has always been a great place to shop. They met and exceeded my expectations once again.

Shopping Sleepy Hollow is stress-free without any pushy sales tactics. They offer great products that last a long time. The old saying of "you get what you pay for" is very true with there products. Sure you could go to a box store, non locally owned or operated place and get a cheap mattress. You would than have just that a cheap mattress. Quality sleep and a good back are priceless to me.

Superb warranty service by their representative, Cindy. Excellent customer service. Had a mattress to be returned, not due to any fault on their part, it was a manufacturing issue. She was true to her word. Upon determining that there was a valid defect in the product, she professionally handled the return. We have purchased a mattress from Cindy at Sleepy Hollow, Boardman before, and would consider her and the store she represents again for any future purchases.

If i could give a 10 i would. I believe me and my wife now sleep better than we ever have on our new mattress, Mr. Lee in the Austintown store was very informative, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He then pointed out everything about the hybrid Sealy and wow what a mattress, We also bought the tilt control and 2 wonderful pillow's. We highly recommend. This was the second time we purchased a tempur pedic from Sleepy Hollow and we would not go anywhere else. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery persons were fast and efficient and removed the old sleep number bed which I hated from the first day. The whole experience was made so easy. Thank you Sleepy Hollow. I'm sleeping much better now.

We’ve searched far and wide for a comfortable mattress. Don’t buy mattresses from these places! Cindy was very rude. Even with us buying high-end mattress. Yelling questions from the background while her sales associate was trying yielding with us. When they shipped it to our house, we couldn’t even sleep because we were allergic to the materials they made out of the bed. We couldn’t even spend too much time in the store because it affected my whole family.

They would not refund us our $300 to ship it. Cindy was very difficult to deal with. Worst customer service.

We also tried an Avacado because it was rated best in Consumer Reports. It was very comfortable and customer service is so great even if you are not happy with it, 100 % refund and you don’t even need to ship it back, just donate it.

Favorite mattress of all is Saatva. Best customer service. 100% refund if you don’t like it. Weve had ours for over a year now and it is still the best most comfortable mattress. And no allergic reactions here!

Cindy helped me select the best mattress for my needs at a price that fit my college student budget. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong box spring size and she helped me exchange it for the right box spring size I needed! She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is left satisfied! Found the greatest bed we have ever had. Stearns & Foster plush! The bed is absolutely amazing. I haven’t slept this good in years. Breeze pillow to go with it and my neck pains are gone. I can actually lay in bed for longer than seven hours with out my back and hips hurting.

I had a slight issue with my recent mattress purchase and Cindy at the Boardman location and Drew in the warehouse were both super nice and helpful! I wanted to support a local business and I'm so glad I did! I LOVE my new mattress! Thank you thank you thank you!
