I don't know if Slowey Insurance charges me more because I trust them. If they do, its worth the premium. Customer service in todays business climate is rooted in mediocracy. Agents want to close a sale and claim adjusters have become box checkers. Slowey's is different. This family business is conducted with family values. I have a couple businesses and I am NOT an easy customer. I don't like buying insurance and I don't always like hearing what Rob has to say. But I listen to him and I trust what he says. Rob's guidance has saved me thousands of dollars and has protected me from catastrophic events. Rob does not need to sell insurance to pay rent and put food on the table. I believe that he believes his families company is supplying a service that he is passionate about. If you buy your insurance from someone else, you deserve what you get. If you buy it from Slowey insurance agency, you will get more than what you pay for.
