Teachers really care about the kids and want them the learn as much as they can. I’ve been there since January and I’ve loved every minute. The management is the best I’ve ever had! They genuinely care about their employees and families which is so important! At small hands big dreams the families always come first and we try our to accommodate in any way possible! If you’re looking for a great quality care center look no further!

I unfortunately had to leave this job cuz they mistreat the workers. They tell you can't care for a family member. They say Iyou have too much going on. They told my coworker that there are better ways to teach them the way I was. If so then why have they had at least three different teachers since let there 3 months ago.

I worked @ Small Hands Brunswick and quit earlier this year. I miss the families and children and most of the staff was great.
However management was not good to the employees. They covered up stuff. The management trying playing staff against each other. They say they are a family the staff are but that's not true. They talked about training staff but ever once did I see or hear any staff being trained and help us to grow as child care workers. I am grateful for the experience with good and bad. Because I some really wonderful co-workers and parents that hold special place inmy heart. However I won't encourage anyone to for for the place

I really like SHBD Brunswick for so many reasons like they are so caring, compassionate, considerate and giving all their best to take care of my child and other children and meet all the needs of the families.

My daughter has never been at the daycare before and glad we chose to put her in SHBD Brunswick, she is very happy learning and making new friends. Also the teachers and the people in the office made her smoothly transition.

Shout out to Ms. Melissa, Ms. Abbey, Ms. Ellen, and to Penguin Teacher (Ms. Ashley) and Dolphin Teacher (Ms. Judy).

Big down turn since new management took over
Several unhappy workers, very high turn over of teachers like.every few months if that, talking with other parents there has been several events that made others uncomfortable and not happy. I loved this school and they attended for 4 years but.something has changed and it’s sad because I loved this school
Several parents asked for pre school age kids to be able to count to 50 and was told (along with other parents) that this is too large of a task… well new kindergarten requirements are counting to 50 so.your staff isn’t able to get children ready for state required education markers.

Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Jessica are so patient and caring. We really value their attention and care. We also appreciate the administrators that work so hard to create such a warm, welcoming environment.
