SmartStop Self Storage, Washington Court House OH

Exceptional service from the two managers! They always got back to me in a timely manner and were extremely professional and happy to help. This was the second time I have stored with them and we have never had issues while storing or after we took out items back out and home. Will continue to come back to them in the future if I need storage again. Highly recommend.

However do not be fooled by their listed Prices you will be forced to buy expensive insurance Racking your Monthly Payment up Exponentially!
I have a 5x10 that i rented in 2020, Originaly Listed Price was 48.00$ a month.no big deal right.over the past 3 years the Prices Continually Creeps up. With the Insurance being a large Portion of the Rental fee. I will Let you all know that im Currently Paying $103.31 a month for a half full 5x10 Itty Bitty Storage Unit!

Office open even on holiday which really helped with our time crunch. The service person was thoroughly informed and efficient so that I had the size of space that I wanted, on the North side of the building as I wanted, and began moving items in within the hour, which was better than I anticipated.
