7 Rwceived an online message about my wife's appointment but couldn't read it. I called the salon and inquired about our booked online appointment.
While the app allows you to book an appointment for this location, the person answering the phone stated we do not accept online bookings and that you have to call in to make an appointment. Not sure why this service is offered if you can not use it.
I've used this salon for years and when I went today for a walk in like I always do I was informed that they were booked until 1PM and I need to make an appointment. I was there at 9AM which is the opening time and no one else was there except the stylist and me. The stylist was a woman I've never seen there before and I'm not sure if I was just being given the brush off. 9AM and the lights weren't on in the salon even though the gate was open.
The girls here are so sweet and kind! I went to get my hair cut and the girl made me feel like I actually mattered. We talked and laughed and she made me feel truly beautiful which I haven’t felt in so long.
Didn't offer to wash OR style either of our hair and didn't talk much, but other then that cut was good
Brought my niece to get her hair done 9/11 2020 at 3: 00 woman told us to come back at 345 no big deal we return and she left before we had returned not very professional at all I do not recommend going here
I have two stars because they have the ability to set an appointment online. I also have two stars because I used their website to make an appointment. The problem is that when I showed ontime for my scheduled appointment, they weren't ready for me and wanted me wait twenty minutes, about.
