I went in got a highlight and haircut, but didn't know if my hair would hold up to bleaching. Heather was amazing, and did a test strand which ended up telling us it would have destroyed my hair. She did an amazing haircut on me, and recommended products that make my hair feel so much healthier! 100% will come back and ask for her!

This place sucks! Not going back. Went to get my hair highlighted and she told me should wouldn’t be able to because I have colored hair. You just didn’t want to do your job. I can see why that place is always dead!

Usually don't leave reviews. But I booked with Kaylee and she did a great job, exactly how I wanted my hair! And she was really nice.

I feel kinda bad leaving such a bad review. But I booked online for a wash cut and style. I got there and it looked closed, and I didn’t see anyone until I turned around and the stylist was relaxing in a chair on her phone and she asked how she could help me, and she looked up my appointment and sat me in the chair and put the cape on and barley said anything to me. Then she asked what I wanted and I showed her pictures which was a long Bob cut and I wanted wispy feather-like bangs. My hair was already around my shoulders so I said I didn’t want to lose any length just some volume. And she didn’t even wash my hair, which was oily and nasty because I didn’t wash it beforehand because I was expecting a wash before my cut. She just sprayed water on my hair and cut and then she finally started talking and telling me how she was drunk the night before and didn’t even want to be at work and just talking and the more she talked the more she cut and I was too nervous to say anything because I was Already anxious about having my hair messed up. And by the time the cut was over, she rushed me to the desk to get paid and then she realized I had a style scheduled and said she could take me back over and do it and I lied and said I scheduled it wrong so I could leave because I was half in tears. I cried so much because it wasn’t what I wanted at all. The Bob was super short when I wanted a long bob. And my bangs aren’t wispy and feather like at all. They’re very blunt and uneven and thick. And I feel like I have a Velma form scooby doo hair cut. And I felt bad because the lady was nice so I didn’t want to be rude and upset so I left a tip. But I was really hurt that she cut so much of my hair off and I didn’t get what I wanted at all. She should have asked more questions before just cutting because I showed pictures before the cut. And the fact that she said she didn’t want to come to work while she was cutting my hair made me too anxious to tell her that she was messing up my hair really bad. I cried for a good hour when I got home.

I literally was at home and chopped off about 6 inches of my hair. Let's just say when I went in she hooked me up and fixed me right up. She was a sweet girl.

I have been going to the same beauty shop for a very long time but they could never cut it the way I wanted no matter how I tried to explain to them how I wanted it cut. So I finally called Smart Style & got in the same day. KAYLEE is amazing. I explained to her what I wanted & she got it perfect the first time. I highly recommend her to anyone. I will never go anywhere else.
