Delanie did an amazing job on my hair I have hair anxiety and she did amazing on my cut and color I left very happy!

I absolutely love the lady's at this salon. The only place I will get my hair done is here. No matter what I want done they make it happen. In fact I let them choose what to do to my hair based on what I like. That's how much I trust them all.

I am getting married tomorrow and I just came in to get my hair dyed. Delanie did my hair and I absolutely love it! She even added a few things that I wouldn't have even thought of! Thank you Delanie

This place ruined my hair. The manager and her staff did not listen to me at all. I walked out with damaged hair and not the color I requested at all. Enter at your own risk!

I am in love with my hair! It's not exactly as we pictured but that is no where near Laura'a fault it's my hairs fault. She did absolutely amazing in every way, she made sure my friend and I were happy with our hair every step of the way. I am 100% coming back to have Laura do my hair in a few months to see if we can get it lighter. Also Payge did absolutely amazing with my friends hair!

Me and my family go there is they are the best staff especially Delanie! She’s the best and does amazing work!

Laura has done mine and my children's hair and it is always perfect. 10/10! Highly recommended her to everyone I know.

Honestly I couldn't be more happy with my services I Received from the Massillon location! Laura did an amazing job on my hair! Hit it dead on! It was such a great Experience 100% Recommend! Will definitely be back to see her for my touch up and trims!

I also would give 0 stars if it were possible. I went to get my hair dyed and a trim. I went to Laura in Massillon. I am beyond upset what a hack job. Looks nothing like what I asked for.

I liked it until I got home she did a awfull job, she was going on maternity leave really can't cut hair.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had booked an appointment for a color online for 11am. I had a little shopping to do, got there at 10am, noticed they weren't open, talked to the greeter at Walmart, she thought it was weird as they should be open. Waited around until well after 11am (my appointment time), they never opened, never emailed me, or called me. I called them today to see what happened, maybe expecting an apology for wasting my time and gas driving 1/2 hour away. All I get is one lady was sick, the other called off. OK, should someone have contacted me? You made an appointment online, we wouldn't see the information because we didn't come in to see the computer. You should call to make your appointments.then why is booking online even an option? Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
