First time I went to get a haircut three hour wait second time closed went today closed I’ve been going there for years with no problems now it sucks!

I got a perm, and then after a few months, most of my hair fell out. I would say about 90% hair loss.

They are rude. They cancel appointments without any heads up till right before you have your appointment and has happened more then once
