SmartStyle Hair Salon, Dayton OH

They was rude. Did not honor appointment and was refused service.

I left there with uneven sides and bangs. I have strands of long hair all over the place. The beautician was more worried about going out and smoking. I would give it zero stars if I could. I will not go back. Not able to get refund till Wednesday and district manager was supposed to call me today and didn't. Can't see her toll Tuesday at Huber Heights.

I am giving this salon a 2 only regarding my first encounter. The stylist name is sharon. She treated me unfairly and rude. Did not come to greet me at the door. I asked if I was next and she told me she's not in a rush and that I could leave. Laura instantly took care of me!

Drove 30 minutes to this location after making an online appointment. The lady refused to cut my hair, admitted to not checking the schedule, but offered to reschedule me for the next day. However, why would I drive a total of two hours just for a haircut when I was there 15 minutes before my appointment time. I know that they were closed for several weeks, but they shouldn’t put appointments up if they are unable to accommodate them or they should contact me if they are unable to get me in. Perhaps they should have prepared for a greater volume of customers. Either way, very unprofessional and this is the only time I have experienced this at a barbershop. I will not be back to this specific location. I highly recommend any other SmartStyle location though.

Terrible terrible terrible. Didn't blow dry my hair when finished, rushed through the whole cut, it's so uneven and not what I asked for at all.

I will never again visit the location on York Commons in Dayton. The only decent salons are in Huber Heights and Troy.

Very convenient, I never have to wait in line and I typically am always able to use a deal.
