Alexis and Amber were great. Alexis walked me through the whole process and there was no pressure at the end. Very pleased!

Do not use this company. I started in Dec 2019. The guarantee to strengthen my teeth but as you can see that didn't happen. I've been doing touch ups for over 3 years without them checking anything and damaging my teeth. I asked to switch Dentist to get another option that was denied, I asked for more aggressive treatment and that was denied. They pretty much got my money and told me not their problem anymore. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and read that they have multiple lawsuits against them. Now I'll probably end up getting a lawyer. They have flat out refused to fix my teeth. Go with Invisalign it may cost more but it will save you the headache.

The in person scan was convenient and quick! The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process and went over everything that comes in your aligner box. Great experience!

Not sure how this company has received so many positive reviews. But I did not have the most pleasant experience.
I felt pressure the moment I checked in as the lady was asking me how I heard about Smile Direct Club and if I had the chance to look over payment options.
First off, I booked a free consultation and was under the impression that my appointment was FREE, so don’t ask me if I looked at the payment options and then pressure me into picking a payment plan for something I haven’t looked much into yet.
I’m not sure if the companies sales are not doing well or what, but I felt so judged and pressured to sign up for something when all I wanted was to see my 3D scan and see if this is something that could work for me.
This company needs to do better and Amber, I believe that was the lady’s name, needs to not be so rude to the customers. I will not be recommending this company to any friends or family of mine.

Excellent care! Our free scan went well, we decided to scan and order my daughters kit today. Amber was so kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thanks for your help, and such a pleasant experience.

Do not come to this store. The company does not care about your teeth only your money. They will tell you all you want to hear so they get your money. The store manager was condescending to an uncanny extent, they only want the sale in the store no matter what it costs them. Their customer service is terrible as well as their knowledge on teeth.

Avoid this company at all cost. Check out how many BBB complaints they have! Many many cases of neglect. I have been denied/ignored service I paid full in since May.

RE: Response from Owner: Emily I have contact that email, called, chat and no one has helped. I heard 4-6 business days over a dozen times and don't want to even count up the number of hours I have wasted. I too, Finally filed a BBB complaint and still don't have a resolution, but at least you guys are finally responding to me after making my experience public

Amazing ladies that scanned my daughters teeth, they were very happy and knowledgeable. The connection was authentic

I went there to align my teeth, I explained at the beginning That I had a tooth missing. I asked if is going to be a problem to put the teeth together the lady said ohh no of course she acted like she just wanted sell the products. Well I did 2 touch up because i was still having the gap on the side. They Always told me that they can fix It when is was not true. I called customer service and that when they told me they can fix the problem. They should it told me that at the beginning. Not now I waisted my time and money too.
