I absolutely love this office entering here from Barbados and meeting Mrs.cox And Mrs. Miller are great Mrs cox takes her time and all staff are great including Tara was extremely hands on but the doctor of this office is great personality is amazing I love here I feel at home when I come and you will to when you decide to come 10 out 10 I am so please to have meet a great set of woman Mrs cox always makes me laugh. Dr Underwood is the best orthodontist in Powell /Dublin area. He had done an fabulous job on my older son and I can’t wait to see the amazing result for my younger one.

My Daughter’s retainer with two fake teeth broke, and the front desk worked their magic and fit her into the schedule. Dr. Underwood made a temporary fix to the retainer until a new one could be made. We were so thankful for the quick professional assistance.

Greeted with a smile…thank you. Waited 8 mins to get checked in at the front desk. There was one woman working with a family and 3 different families all waiting. My retainers were not created as discussed. The top retainer has a defect on my right side that cannot be fixed with an emery board. I believe it happened during the impressions.

Dr. Underwood and staff are excellent! Highly professional and organized and informative, I can’t say enough. I’m not the “typical” candidate for braces due to my age, but this was completely worth it and if you are older and on the fence about your decision to correct your dental issues, I say go for it! I tell my friends and family I want to go back and relive my life with my current smile, who would know how important that is, it might seem frivolous or decadent, but trust me, it’s not, it’s just like any other task you complete to have good health.
