Why do they give you a specific time for your appointment if they are not going to see you on time? Every time I come I wait 45 minutes longer than the scheduled time.

Since switching to Smile doctors the wait times have been longer and not as personable of an experience. Orthodontists have been nice but support staff isn’t as patient and concerned

Recommend to go somewhere else. I had my previous retainer for 4 years from a different orthodontist just fine. I come in to get a screening and new retainer mold. Retainer doesn't fit 2 weeks. I ask them to look at it, a clinician (not the doctor) meets me in the waiting room and I put the retainer and says it's fine. I was told they switched plastic for the clear retainers recently. That retainer now has a crack in it which how it formed is beyond me, and I have to pay for a new one. Save yourself the trouble.

The techs and front desk are the best truly! I called because I was running 15 minutes late for my appointment a while back. They told me I would have to reschedule. I understand this however, recently I've had to wait 20-30 minutes to get taken back and then an additional 20 to be looked at by the Dr. So you’re telling me I can’t run 10-15mins late once, even though it takes that long if not more time to get called back and worked on. Never had this issue until recently. Today I left an hour and 15 minutes after my set appointment so if you value your time then go elsewhere. The Dr.had to reposition some brackets and mentioned multiple times that oral hygiene is very important insinuating that I dont brush my teeth. My gums are inflamed because of how close the brackets are to my gums. She was also so rough with my gums and caused me the most pain I’ve ever endured at a dentist/orthodontist appointment. Love the techs.

They’re so quick, always friendly, and very thorough. My 10 year old loves going, and loves that they take the time to talk to her and explain so she understands.
