From Pam welcoming me as soon as I came in with a smile to my Dental Hygienist Dana being just awesome from asking me if I was doing okay throughout the cleaning and getting to know me at my first visit.

The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough. My teeth are especially sensitive. For a hygienist to clean my teeth without me experiencing a notable level of pain is remarkable.

Smile Innovations is amazing! The front staff, Pam and Kim scrambled last minute to arrange an emergency root canal for me. Dana made me feel so comfortable during my cleaning. I was never judged for waiting too long to get my cleaning done. They were encouraging and supportive and told me what I needed to do to get back on track. Dr. Gioello made me feel heard and answered all my questions. I would never go anywhere else!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a thorough initial appointment. Lisa explained everything she was evaluating in an easy-to-understand way. I had a good experience.

I absolutely love this office. I have anxiety of the dentist and the staff made me feel so comfortable that I was able to get all my treatment with no issies. I even switched my 14 year old to them and they are amazing with him and myself!

I enjoyed the clean up a ton. The facility is very clean and nice. They provided coffee and water in the waiting room which I really appreciated. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I also got some free goodies when I was finished with my check up.

Wonderful! Like many, I am not a fan of the dentist. Lisa and Dr. Gioiello understood this and did their best to put me at ease.

Listen, I haven't been to a dentist in almost 12 years. The amount of anxiety that I had going in and making this appointment was crazy. However, meeting everyone there it quickly eased. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office lol. Everyone was super friendly, told you everything that you needed to know and answered any and all questions. I can tell I'm gonna love coming here and this will be my permanent dentist.
